Emily needs our book help and I have noooooooo idea.
She asks:
I totally need help finding a book I once read and would like to read again. I hope this is where I send this type of question.
From what I remember, at the beginning of the book, the heroine runs away through a swamp from her parents. I thought the story took place in Louisiana or the Southern United States.
Two brothers find her in the swamp and take her back to their house, where she meets the hero. At some point, she falls ill and he nurses her back to health. Her parents come to the house and try to take her away, but he stops them.
And then, they fall in love as the story progresses, but I don’t remember what happens after that.
I also think she might have had red hair if that helps.
Please help me find this book again!

Shaunygirl: Just a guess, “Found by the Rivers”, by Liberty Freer. Can’t remember many of the details. I think the heroine camps out by the water and brothers find her and take her home. It was a really good book.

I wish I could remember more about it, but I only remember up to the part where her parents come to try to take her away and that’s pretty early on in the book.
