Ohhhhh! I think I KNOW this one, so I submitted my own guess, BUT!! If there are more books with this theme, I wanna know, ’cause I really liked this one. And in case I’m not correct, I figured we’d get a head start on today’s “Guess the Book” question. Lauren (who is a HUGE biker-book MC fan) asks:
Lauren: Please help!!! I’m looking for a book I read last spring, maybe winter…an abused wife was riding home from a party with her a**hole husband & he starts in on her & hits her a few times….he stops the car & pulls her out, beats her & kicks her & leaves her lying in the road to walk home (her “punishment” he said).
A guy rides past on his motorcycle, he’s a member of the local MC. He finds her unconscious & takes her back to the clubhouse. I’m pretty sure she can’t remember who she is at first. I do know she goes by a different name. The MC protects her because her husband has gone to the media to look for his wife so her picture is everywhere.
The guy that rescued her falls in love with her & they begin a relationship while she’s there. I’ve gone through my entire library & can’t find it so I’m guessing I read it through Kindle Unlimited & returned it.
Oh, even though the plot is similar, it’s NOT Beautiful Outlaw by Emily Oh, the husband is wealthy & has connections….he tells people she is “missing” & even offers a reward, I believe.

It’s not craving constellations. She leaves her husband and goes to her dad the VP to protect her. He attacks her in her home and Casper finds her.
Book 1 of Hades Hangmen Series By Tillie Cole it is called It Ain’t me, Babe. That would be my guess! 🙂
