So anyway, this one rings a bell for me but I can’t remember. The thought that comes to my head is Christine Feehan’s Carpathian series, but probably ’cause she mentions the mountains. It’s been years since I gorged on that vampire series, so I can’t be sure…

Ok maybe you can help me because this is driving me crazy. I read a book series not long ago that I cant remember the name of. It was about a group of vamps living in a compound in the mountains and they were at war with a group of vamps that all had red hair. The first book was about one of the good guys rescuing a woman and her daughter named Janie. The daughter is a very powerful girl and she is caught between a mystery guy and the leader of the bad guys in later books.
Oh a love triangle that involved the leader of the bad guys? Sounds like my kind of read for sure!

I have read this series. I can’t remember the name! It’s where they bond by burning this K tattoo onto their mates’ body. It’s only their family, the royal family, that does the tattoo thing. Ugh!

It’s Dark Protectors by Rebecca Zanetti, I’m reading Marked, the last book in series. This is one of the best vampire books I’ve ever read, well, her and Tessa Dawn. Just phenomenal
