“Looking for a book I read about 5 or so years ago.
Main C’s name is Abbigail, it’s a MC romance. She and H were high-school sweethearts. After graduation he breaks her heart and leaves town.
His mother was a druggie. He left behind 3 siblings and his mother gets into legal trouble, ends up in prison. So Abbigail takes over guardianship of the kids, all under 10 years old if I remember correctly.
He comes back like 7 years later and his club relocates to the area with him. He finds Abbi stripping in a local club. Judges her until he finds out why she’s stripping.
I remember half of the book was him groveling. I remember almost everything about the book, including that his brother (who was the oldest that Abbi adopted was rebuilding a bike to gift Abbi for her birthday, he was 17 at the time) except for the damn name!!!

Joy: I haven’t found it, but I found something else during my search that’s really good. It’s called Renegade Lady by Dawn Martens. It was in a list of MC recommendations that I came across. I’m 65 pages in and didn’t wanna put it down last night!

Lindsay: Could it possibly be Reaper’s Legacy by Joanna Wylde? Maybe she remembered some of the details incorrectly?! I have been looking all over for her description, but with no luck. However, in Reapers Legacy, The h got pregnant with a deadbeat (Zach) and Zach’s brother (Ruger) found the h and her son (his nephew) living in near poverty, so he stepped in, etc. It does have some similar qualities. Just a thought!
Joy: Ooooooooohhhh, good guess. I read that series and LOVED every book! I totally forgot about Rueger’s story.
Lindsay: Also, I found a book called Stripped by Brenda Rothert and the heroine’s name is Abby and she’s stripping to take care of her siblings and meets an ER doctor Chris (doesn’t seem MC related)
