Lauren asks: I came across a book by Jamie McGuire called Mrs. Maddox & it’s Beautiful Disaster 1.5, a novella in Abby’s POV about their 1st Valentines Day… I can’t find this book ANYWHERE!! Please, anyone know where I can purchase this one?

Janne asks: Question for paranormal folks….well, folks who READ paranormal. Do the Gena Showalter Alien Huntress Series books need to be read in order? Or are they stand alone enough not to?
Shannon: It’s been awhile since I have read them & characters do over lap but not the main plot. However, I am totally OCD & hate to read series books out of order. So personally I would recommend them in order… It’s a great series enjoy!
Maryse’s Book Blog: Agreed. I haven’t read this series of hers, but I have read a few (in order) from her Lords of the Underworld Series, and the side characters keep developing with each book until it’s their book (and then you’re really excited to finally get to it). So worth reading in order…
Dana asks: I’ve been driving myself crazy for the past week trying to remember a book I read. Not sure when I read it, I need to start keeping a book journal. Anyway, the book was about a woman who was interested in being a submissive and had a girlfriend who was into that scene. The girlfriend hooked her up with a dominant who worked with her via online chat. I cannot, for the life of me, remember the author or the title of the book. If you could make some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it! I swear I didn’t make up this book!
Hi Dana! Well.. there is one that comes to mind that was EXTREMELY DARK, but that sounds about right, in terms of your description. It’s called Tender Mercies by Kitty Thomas (<— that’s my review) and wow, it had me on the edge of my seat! However, if any readers out there know of another similar storyline, let us know in the comments! 😀
Shweta: Hey Maryse, can you recommend any book which has poetry in it like Slammed, Beauty and the Mustache, Gabriel Series, etc?
Maryse: Hi Shweta! Great question… I don’t have any that come to mind right off the bat, but I’ll see what I can come up with. Oh! I think I have one more, already… (but these are books with song lyrics). The Thoughtless Series (and I’m sure many more rock star books that are lyric-intensive)… Maybe someone here will have a suggestion?

I think the book Dana is asking about might be one of the books from the Sweet series by Maya Banks.
Making Faces by Amy Harmon had some beautiful poetry in it..plus I loved Surviving Raine by Shay Savage when he quoted poetry to her..swoon!

Hi, I read a book a bit back but now I cannot remember what it was called or who wrote it, but I remember that it was different than other college romances that I’ve read because in it the hero has a child, he became a dad as a teen, and the heroine is his neighbor, I think, if you know what I’m talking about I’d really appreciate it the name and title. It drives me nuts if I can’t remember something about a book. Please help a girl out.
