New adult, college aged and what appears to be bad boys. And these are recommended by quite a few in our group. I love a good book hangover!
Jo: I’ve got a book hangover this morning… Ooooh, I loved Rebel! It’s really funny, and also sexy and sweet and hot!!!!
Bobbi: I liked it too! Wish there was a little more development of the relationship between the two characters … but I liked Rebel so much I found myself rooting for them anyway
Carrie: I loved this book!! Can’t wait for the next one!!
Sharon: Rebel and Hellion by Elle Casey are both laugh out loud hilarious! Highly recommend!
About book #1:
Teagan Cross, college senior, rebel, and wiseass extraordinaire, goes from princess to pauper in a single phone call. Overnight, her life of privilege becomes one of survival, and no matter where she turns, it seems like the world is out to get her. She’s not going to fall apart, though. She’s a rebel and she’s strong … determined to live life on her own terms … and nothing’s going to stop her from getting things done and making things right. But when a twist of fate brings her to the doorstep of a different kind of Rebel, she’s forced to figure out when something’s worth fighting for and when something’s worth letting go.
I kinda sorta liked the first book, I didn’t really like the 2nd book, and I’ve been avoiding reading the 3rd book since the h was in the 2nd book and I really really hated her. They are priced at 4.99, which seems to be Elle Casey’s thing but these books shouldn’t been priced that high.
Thank you so much for the feedback, Lori! 😀
I finally read Trouble, just finished, and actually liked it. It was very funny, and the h wasn’t the bozo I thought from the previous book. I feel I got to know the main characters in this book, unlike the others, especially the 2nd. I still have no clue who Mick/hellion is.
I liked all 3 books, 2nd book cracked me up
I LOVED this series. I havent read something this mindless fluffy and just plain funny in a long time. And the winner for me…they all had a happily ever after. Im a sucker for the HEA. These girls were hilarious. Book 1 was the best, but I would recommend this series to all of my other girly friends addicted to bad boys with a sweet side.
