<— SUPER INTENSE ROCK-STAR ANGSTY ROMANCE ALERT!!! My uber-angst/jaw-dropping romance loving book-twin (Amy) just ranted about how badly she wants to read this and yet… there’s SOMETHING about it (that she read, spoiler-wise) that is holding her back. AND STILL… she’s tempted.
And now… I’m intrigued. 😉
Nay: OMG, Maryse–I just finished a read-fest with At This Moment and the following two books, which is an epic saga about a rock star and the love of his life spanning 25 years. Talk about being put through the wringer and having your guts ripped out, chewed up and stomped on. That’s what this series did to me and I LOVED every minute of it! It was also VERY well written and edited. I’d be a happy, happy girl if I could read a series like this once a month!
Melinda: Hello everyone, picked up a really good rockstar book. Sort of similar feel to Tristian and Danika in a trilogy called “At this moment” by Karen Cimms. I think it’s free or it was when I got it. Really having trouble putting it down. Jean one for you, definitely.

Melinda: I loved it 5 stars for me the 3 books are super good.

It seemed perfect and I was all set to click it, and then I checked out the GR page where the author answers a spoilery question (thank goodness for her willingness to do that) and it’s one of those things I just can’t get past…and yet, I’m still fighting the urge to click it. DANGIT!

You almost have me convinced. Rock star, angst, KU, BUT I’m with Amy I HATE that sort of thing too and it messes with me too much. Funnily enough, when it’s the opposite, it’s not the same reaction.
Amy, if it helps, I don’t see this as the same situation as in The Perfect Game. In this one the MC’s have a long, dysfunctional relationship and there is drug and alcohol abuse. Although, thinking about it, aren’t most of the relationships we read about, dysfunctional?!

Omg!!! Girls, Gals. Put your big panties on and read this. You will not be disappointed. It’s epic!! I read this last year and it sucked me in soooo good. I read so many books that I had forgotten what this was until I clicked back on it and I’m now re-reading it and almost done with book one. It’s that GOOD!!! You will LOVE it!!! It’s a 5 star series and just like the ones we LOVE!! Trust me Maryse!!
