BASEBALL STAR ROMANCE ALERT!! SQUEEE!!!! I’m a HUGE fan of this author, and Nay found out that book #3 in this series just went live. 😀 I read #1 and enjoyed it (in fact, here’s my book review), so I just HAD to post this series reading order – now that it is a series (although they CAN be read as standalones).
While I’m actually hooked on this author tearing my heart out with her more-angsty love stories, this one is a fun and lighthearted romance read.
Nay: …her 3rd book in the Balls in Play series, a novella titled Sweeping the Series, came out last week, and the first two books in the series are currently on sale. They’ve been on sale since 3/26, so I’m not sure how much longer it’s going to last. I think I need to read this series! …I want to eventually read every one of her books because her writing is just so awesome.
Linda: Anything but Minor by Kate Stewart is outstanding!! Loved it!!! So yummy!! I’ve been on a funny romantic kinda kick and have been happily sated thank you very much!!! Bossman and Cream of the Crop equally perfect. 5*!!!!!! Not sure what my next pretty will be!!!!
Cheryl: Also, loved Anything But Minor. Quirky h, and H who had me falling for him!
Shunda: Try “Anything but minor” by Kate Stewart. I laughed so hard I spit water all over my hubby and I may have peed a little.
About book #1:
“She’s a nerd.”
“Heyyyy!”
“Okay, she’s a flight instructor.”
“Better.”
“He’s a ballplayer.”
“The best that ever was.”
“Technically, you aren’t according to MLB stats.”
“See? Total nerd. She also has no filter.”
“He’s no southern gentlemen.”
“I had one last season to prove my worth.”
“I’d never seen a game.”
“He told me he was a player.”
“She told me she was a lesbian.”
“But you fell in love with me anyway.”
“Yeah, baby, I totally did.”
I like the cover of the 3rd book SO much better than the first two!
Agreed! AND… you should have seen what the cover for book one USED to look like. If you click on my review, the old cover is still up. *snort*
That’s the cover I remember. Glad I ignored it. Both books one and two were great. Now to read book three.
