in Reading Order Guide:

Who’s been wondering what was up with the series? Book #1 & #2 rocked worlds… and then? LOL!! Gallery Books (Simon & Schuster are now releasing the series) so it’s no longer indie AND we have TWO more books already on the way (soon!!!) with pre-orders. :D I listed ‘em below.

New adult romance in full-blown angst style (with a killer cliffhanger in book #1 but no worries, book #2 is out now!!). Okay yesssss book #2 has a cliffhanger too, but I’m hearing it’s nowhere near as bad (about a different character…). YAY US!!

Melissa: I just finished Escaping Reality (The Secret Life of Amy Bensen #1). Winner, winner, chicken dinner!!!! She certainly knows how to write about intrigue and this one nails it with a capitol “I”!!!! Steam, angst, mystery out the wasoo…with being in love with her Being Me series, this one is another gem with only one other book to conclude this series. Worth taking a peek at! :)

Marit: I finished Escaping reality yesturday! ;) It was awesome and it ended with a big cliffhanger! But it was SO worth it :) :) :)

Jules: The sequel didn’t disappoint. Suspenseful, mysterious and unpredictable. Filled with twists and turns, it kept me guessing the entire time. Can’t wait for Forsaken!”

Paulette: Cliffhanger?

Jules: Yes but it wasn’t a bad one like the first one. It was an amazing epilogue! So good.

Sally: Im debating waiting for book 3 before I start these…is book 3 the final book?

Jules: I think you should read it. If you enjoyed the first book, I think you’ll like this one too. The cliffy is about another character in the book. Don’t read the description for Forsaken before reading book 1 and 2 or it’ll spoil it for you.

About book #1:

At the young age of eighteen, tragedy and a dark secret force Lara to flee all she has known and loved to start a new life. Now years later, with a new identity as Amy, she’s finally dared to believe she is forgotten-even if she cannot forget. But just when she lets her guard down, the ghosts of her past are quick to punish her, forcing her back on the run.

On a plane, struggling to face the devastation of losing everything again and starting over, Amy meets Liam Stone, a darkly entrancing recluse billionaire, who is also a brilliant, and famous, prodigy architect. A man who knows what he wants and goes after it. And what he wants is Amy. Refusing to take “no” as an answer, he sweeps her into a passionate affair, pushing her to her erotic limits. He wants to possess her. He makes her want to be possessed. Liam demands everything from her, accepting nothing less. But what if she is too devastated by tragedy to know when he wants more than she should give? And what if there is more to Liam than meets the eyes?

I enjoyed these books. And book one has a major cliffhanger….I could barely wait for book 2. Now that they are out I would totally recommend. Can’t wait for book 3!!! But you can totally read 1&2 now and wait for 3…not much of a cliffhanger.

Am I wrong if I say the synopsis look a lot like Four Seconds To Lose?
