I’ve been hearing this one is really angsty, and with titles like that, I have a good idea! Another series that has come often recommended by many of our fellow readers:
Leanne: Hi Maryse: I just finished ruining me and am literally wiping my tears. What an amazing read. So terrible sad and broken… I think it was one of your freebies and I just wanted to say thanks!
Lisa: Just finished Ruining Me by Nicole Reed and it was a good quick read. Started it this morning and finished up by lunch. Didnt necessarily like how it ended but i’m looking forward to a 2nd book and seeing where this story leads.
Janet: Highly recommend Ruining me & Ruining You. I read them back to back so I didn’t spend the first 2 chapters of You feeling my way back around the story of Me. Loads of angst and plot but easy to read. 4.5 stars on both. Really loved them, and it’s wrapped up-no cliffhanger ending on ruining you…
Angel: Loved both of these books too, I also read them back to back….I really loved all the men in this series, she made me nuts at times but the “girl” in books, most of the times makes me nuts.
Kathy: Loved these too!
Alyssa: Amazing!!! Love those books. They are actually more like a single book split into 2 because of the length. But so good.
Jules: I loved Ruining You. I actually liked this book more than the first book (Ruining Me). Nicole really improved her writing style. It was a beautiful and heartfelt story about healing and moving forward. In most love triangles, I usually root for my favorite guy. Although in this one, I was also rooting for the heroine too.
About book #1:
Eighteen year old Jay Stevenson is living a horrible nightmare.
Two years ago she had the world in the palm of her hand and in one moment it was all ruined for her. Secrets, lies and the worst imaginable betrayal will haunt her for the next two years, until all of it catches up to her and she will lose the control of the lonely world she has built around herself.
Three guys from her past and present will be there when it all comes crashing down. JT the perfect boyfriend she never wanted to give up, Rhye the local bad boy “rock star” that made her forget the past and Kane the funny and sweet tattooed bartender that wants her future.
Is it possible to change the path she chose for herself and still keep all of her secrets?
Here is a comment from the author on her Facebook page about the possibility of more:
Okay…I’m feeling you want Rhye. I’m excited to write his story…then maybe Eli…. I may post some KANE and RHYE POV’s coming up on my blog!!! … Okay..you RHYE lovers, get ready..lol. A little something coming soon!!!
Love, love this series and it is all angsty, emotional, gut-wrenchingly painful, sexually tense and beautiful. Oh… Big Yes to Rhye *swoon* in a bad boy rocker way! <3
I think I might swoon while reading Rhye’s PoV. <3 Rhye!!!
I can’t recommend this series enough. I have to second Lise’s post. The author takes you on such an emotional journey. All the men in these books are swoon worthy, and I’m anxious for anything that has to do with Rhye, Kane or Eli.
I would love to read these. Added to my TBR list. Wish I could read faster!!!
I’ve had the first one since last fall…TOO MANY BOOKS!!!! Guess I’m starting these after Skin, and and and…CRAP!
Beautiful series! Ruining You is amazing.
Alicia…. I know….I know….I know ….and and and…CRAP! But isn’t it great!!!! 🙂 🙂 Thank you Maryse for leading us to so many fabulous books!!!! 🙂
Nicole Reed delivers BIG with these two books!!! Amazing!!!

I added these books to my TBR list after seeing them here. They sound so good. I have to prepare myself to read them with a box of tissues close by.
This is a wonderful series and shouldn’t be missed!
I thought my heart was going to jump out of my chest at many points…… this was a really surprising book, both of them. I couldn’t for some reason get it to load on my kindle so I sat in bed and read off my computer most of the night…..it felt real and very believable, I connected!
THIS IS A MUST READ SERIES!!!! I LOVED Rhye’s POV!!!
Nicole Reed has a way of bringing true life situations to the pages. It took on a whole new level with Wasted Heart! Love Rhye even more.
I’m on book three and have really enjoyed this series so far!
