The first two in this series were a part of my “dark reads marathon” last year and they were pretty good! I didn’t go as crazy over them, as I did a few of my other “dark-favorites”, but it was certainly an interesting and different look into an kidnapped-turned-human-slave’s world, and I’m curious where #3 will lead us. I would say this series is a gentler version of some of the dark “kidnap” reads we’ve read in the past. (You can check out my reviews here and here).
Danielle recommends them:
I just finished re-reading Sherri Hayes’ Finding Anna series (Slave and Need) in anticipation of the third book finally have an official release date of July 25th! I feel like I’ve been waiting forever!Β I definitely recommend the series to those who haven’t read it. It isn’t as dark as some other reads going here but it still has a very satisfying edge.Β Warning for those of you who do not like cliff hangers, there’s one at the end of book 2 so you might want to wait until the 3rd is released.
and quite a few others do, too!
Jennie:Β I have just finished slave and need (excuse the pun) the next one!!! Β xx
Michele:Β I just read “Slave (Finding Anna)” yesterday byΒ SherriΒ Hayes. HE WAS SO SWEET! That book was nothing like I was expecting.
Elizabeth:Β Slave (Finding Anna) byΒ SherriΒ Hayes is a very touching book that deals with what can happen if BDSM is not consensual and how this couple tries to deal with the repercussions.
