Tasha J: I broke my broken reading streak and inhaled Stephanie Garber’s Once Upon a Broken Heart & The Ballad of Never After in 2? Maybe 3 days and oooooh it felt so good! But now I feel so bad cuz I stayed up till 3am this morning and I am up at 630. And I’m dying for book 3.
I saw she said 2023 but no definitive date. I’d be happy with January. 😂 I hadn’t planned on it, but I had put in a hold at the library for Once Upon a Broken Heart and once I started, I couldn’t stop. 😊
Reese: Totally agree with Tasha J – The Ballad of Never After was great and I can’t wait for the next book in the series!
Maryse: Okay so I’m gonna one-click them… Tasha J is my book twin, and now you saying the same thing? YES PLEASE!!
Tena: She’s an amazing author from my home town.
About book #1:
The instant #1 New York Times bestseller!
Once Upon a Broken Heart marks the launch of a new series from beloved author Stephanie Garber about love, curses, and the lengths that people will go to for happily ever after
For as long as she can remember, Evangeline Fox has believed in true love and happy endings…until she learns that the love of her life will marry another.
Desperate to stop the wedding and to heal her wounded heart, Evangeline strikes a deal with the charismatic, but wicked, Prince of Hearts. In exchange for his help, he asks for three kisses, to be given at the time and place of his choosing.
But after Evangeline’s first promised kiss, she learns that bargaining with an immortal is a dangerous game — and that the Prince of Hearts wants far more from her than she’d pledged. He has plans for Evangeline, plans that will either end in the greatest happily ever after, or the most exquisite tragedy…

The author says:
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how many books are in the Broken Heart series and I’m thrilled to finally answer that question! There is a third book in the series and it’s scheduled to come out next year.
I can’t say too much about it just yet, but I look forward to sharing more in the future!
