I’m searching for a book I read in the past 2 years about a woman who falls for her brother’s friend, they sleep together, she gets preggo & he doesn’t know.
He’s opening his own restaurant (maybe in California) & she goes to him. He takes care of her even though she doesn’t tell him right away it’s his baby.

I can’t remember an MC book title…
I remember that the H of the MC (I think he’s also the Prez) is obsessed with the h. He sucks at relationships and he’s always quick to judge and let others bend his ear. I think the h is a baker and a quiet but good girl in the town.
He gets her to go out with him but eventually, something makes the club not trust her. But one MC brother does.
Anyway, she gets kidnapped by the H’s club and they rough her up and cut or shave part of her long beautiful hair. I believe the H was obsessed with her hair too. The one club brother who didn’t think she was bad news is able to prove she’s not and the H flips and runs down to the basement where she’s being held and roughed up- but it’s too late and the damage is done.
Sawera is looking for this one! It almost made me thing of one of my favorite books ever, The Opposite of You: An Opposites Attract Novel but she’s a chef – food truck!! (not a photographer), and so is the Hero – moody hero running an awesome restaurant, and her ex is a celebrity chef. P.S. Here’s my 5-STAR review.

I can’t believe we’re already at 100! It’s fun and fitting that my 100th book is also maybe the happiest book I’ve ever written. Boomer was one of those characters who was around for comic relief, and I resisted giving him a book because he was a big, goofy guy. He turned out to be so much more.
