Jodi needs our book help! I don’t have many private investigator and security hero books under my belt, but maybe you recognize this series?

I was hoping if any of your readers can help me remember a series that was based on a private investigation series.

In the first book the main female character was beaten up by her husband and her friend came and got her, who was a sister from one of the PI group.

Emma Hart is well loved amongst our crew with other series, and then I found this one, and Tasha loves it!

Tasha: Love this series! #4, Tied Bond came out recently also. Can’t wait to read it! Great humor, romance, suspense, and mystery.

About book #1:

Many in our reading crew went crazy over the uber-alpha male in book #1, and I still catch ’em bringing him back up, on our Facebook page! And guess what!? Book #2 has just been released!

Shanda: OMG, you have to read Axel by Harper Sloan.  I believe it is her first novel and it is awesome!!!  I could not put it down yesterday!!!  Total Alpha men, just like we like. It is a stand alone but it is going to be a series . All the alpha males are ex marine and are friends and have their own security company and each book is their individual love story the next one comes out next month! read more
