HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY WEEK!!! The perfect week for romance and love, and my favorite… SLOW BURN ROMANCE BOOKS. And as you know, I indulged in it, with my Mariana Zapata posts this week. 😉 How could I resist? An ode to the QUEEN of slow burn romance, and I am craving it so bad, that I will be starting one of hers this weekend. YAY ME!!
So yes… it’s been a Throwback week, along with all of the new releases, but today is our official Throwback Day.
P.S. I got married on Valentine’s Day so it is TRULY the day of love for me.

And here are a few sweet Valentine’s Day stories from our fellow readers to get us started
Natascha: Happy Valentines day!! I’m also spending mine at home. Actually snuggled up to the hubby about to start Violition! Eeep
Michelle: The best valentines day for me would be last year. It was when me and my fiancé had found out we were going to have another child. Now we’re blessed with 2 amazing little boys.
Tina: My husband has always been a romantic! He has written me poems, bought me jewelry, taken me out to movies, dinners, and he always sends me flowers. We will be married 20 years this July. I am truly blessed because he’s not only been a wonderful husband but an even better father. Every Valentines Day is good, no matter what, as long as I’m with him.
Jennifer: Honestly, EVERY Valentines Day has been wonderful. It isn’t due to the love of a man, although a few of THOSE years were wonderful but more so…..I have had the love of many and love many myself. My amazing son and the love of HIS life…..my beautifully dysfunctional family, my crazy friends and my adorable fur babies. MOSTLY though, I have a love of myself and God and with all this love….how could every day of the year not be my favorite in some small way. Every day I am alive is amazing.
And there’s been plenty of book fun, on this day, February 12th since the start of my blog, and here is a look back blast from our book past!
P.S. If you see a feature that I used to include, that you wish I’d bring back, let me know!

Maryse: Well, well well… 😉 what do we have here? A psych-thriller that had me guessing the whole way through. In fact, I THOUGHT I had it figured out from the start (my guess would have been pretty cool, too) but I love being wrong, because that means I’m surprised.

Book Review – Arouse: A Spiral of Bliss by Nina Lane <— FEBRUARY 12, 2013 – REMEMBER THIS ONE??? *oooomph*
Maryse: For me, a fantastic read. Perfectly detailed, and a thoughtful progression into their downward spiral. Nothing rushed, nothing over-the-top. It was never too much for me, but at one point I was surprised when I realized just how far down they fell, and I was tense!
Day: this book was great. the cliff hanger wasn’t to bad & it comes with a epilogue so you get to see a little more. it was very enjoyable I loved the proffessor. wasn’t to much angst & the just enough steam.
Rosemarie: Loved this one! Love their story. Thanks again for another fantastic read!
Connie: I just finished Arouse and oh so good I can’t wait for Allure.. 🙂
Robin D Owens – Celta’s HeartMates Reading Order – FEBRUARY 12, 2011
Jackie: Thank you for this reading order! I’m so excited about the new books coming up. I’m on my third (or maybe forth) reading of the series but I forget the order! Now I’m buying them all over again so I can read them on my ipod (kindle). Celta is such a complex and detailed world, each character’s story makes me want to go there!
Tracey: Thanks! You’ve really helped me get a handle on my collection. Now I know how far behind I am too!
