<—- OKAY I’M CHEATING 😜 (THIS ONE’S TOMORROW BUT I’M EXCITED!!) HAPPY MONDAY!!! It’s a slow release day (only 3 so far LOL!! But I’m doing some research and hopefully I’ll find more. 🙂

THREE THINGS:

1.) I’m still in work-mode behind the scenes on my blog. Testing some stuff for speed and efficiency, while still being cute!

2.) I made the best fettuccini chicken Alfredo last night. I actually took TWO jars of Raos Alfredo sauce which is pretty salty, but flavorful, and I added some freshly crushed black pepper, some chopped up pre-cooked bacon (it’s always done exactly to my bacon preference), and some freshly shaved parmesan (a nice handful of it), then added two rotisserie chicken breasts (all chopped up) and mixed it all together, cooked low and slow for 15 or 20 minutes, then poured my cooked fettuccini right into the sauce pot (make sure it’s big enough) and HOLY MOLY YUMMY!!!!! I’m really picky about Alfredo sauces (I always find them flavorless and boring – even in restaurants I’ve been disappointed) but Raos is pretty good, and done this way, it’s restaurant quality (the good ones anyway 😉 ). Know of any other jarred Alfredo sauces I should try? read more
