Reader Question… Solved! What’s going on with Katherine Allred’s book What Price Paradise?

By 2 Comments

Camille KNOWS what book she’s looking for, but wants to know why she can’t purchase it…

She asks:

Hi, Maryse!

I love Reader Questions and I am hoping that you can help me with a mystery I am curious about.

I am so eager to read Katherine Allred’s book What Price Paradise, but it is really hard to find any copies.

I haven’t seen a digital version online (admittedly, I only have only read Kindle and Apple digital books, so other formats are a bit foreign to me), and the print copies I have come across are very expensive (as in, almost 200$!!).  I’m even struggling to have a copy interlibrary loaned to my local branch for a variety of reasons. read more

Reader Question – The historical romance about the arranged marriage and the husband’s cousin sneaks in at night to “be with her”…

By 3 Comments

Reni needs our book help! And I’m all for searching for an OLD favorite, so I’m glad you brought it to us, Reni!! 😀 Oh and this one sounds a little… salacious. 😉 I’m so curious too, now!!

She asks:

Find the book please

Now this might sound intimidating. I read this one at our local library nearly 20 years ago! Yeah, yeah I can sense the eyerolls and raised eyebrows.

It’s a historical where she’s in an arranged marriage to a man who barely communicates with her, but only visits to make passionate love in the dark at night. read more

Reader Question – The book about the married mafia Hero that falls in love with another woman…

By 9 Comments

And here is Christabel’s second question for the other book she is looking for. 🙂 Oh boy!! An arrangement that got sticky indeed! GASP!

She asks:

THE SECOND BOOK

The hero is a married mafia who has an arrangement with his wife to see other people, but discreetly he meets the heroine and falls in love with her.

Then the wife’s father hired someone to kill the heroine but his daughter (the hero’s wife) was killed instead.

Thanks so much

UPDATE BY CHRISTABEL. She has a bit more detail for us to spark someone’s memory: read more

Reader Question… Solved! The book about the masseuse that ends up dating her client…

By 4 Comments

Christabel is looking for two different books, so I’ll separate this into two questions. 🙂

She asks:

Hi

Please have been looking for two books that I read and wants to recommend to a friend but have forgotten the title or the author but remember the plot.

THE FIRST BOOK

The heroine is a masseuse and her best friend begged her to replace her in massaging the hero.

They meet up and start dating.
