Reader Question – The book about her neighbor that is peeping at her while her curtains are open…

By 1 Comment

Tereza is looking for this one (and she hasn’t slept since she remembered this book)! GASP!! We need to help her!! 😛

This one almost sort of sounds like one of my psych-thriller stalker favorites called “You: A Novel” but then again, a few details in this one don’t match up for my guess. And anyway, I’ve read blurbs for a few “peeping Tom” neighbors so I’m sure it’s something else. 😉

She asks:

Hi!

I have been a fan since God knows when of your site!!!! But I really miss this book. I think I found this in one of your lists. But I really cant find which list. read more

Jenny is looking for this one!! Marital strife alert!! Oh this is some serious marital strife too, especially that last part of her question (I spoiler-alerted, no worries), but EEEEEP!

She asks:

Hey I am looking for a book where both husband and wife are lawyers but only husband is practicing now. They used to work in the same law firm where they fell in love and got married and have three kids but wife is fed up that husband is ignoring her

These gave me blurb jolts, too: 99 Percent Mine: A Novel by Sally Thorne (I loved her book, “The Hating Game” and this one sounds awesome too… she’s crushing on her twin’s best friend), Hollywood Playboy by Natasha Madison (she hates being an entertainment journalist and now she has to go on tour with this arrogant jerk!), Anton: A Chicago Blaze Hockey Romance by Brenda Rothert (oh oh!!! He’s in love with his teammate’s wife!!), Rescued by Scarlett Finn (she’s the only survivor of a plane crash, in the wilderness alone, and then she’s kidnapped!!), Catastrophe Queen by Emma Hart (her life is a mess, and then she gets a job… “…Ahem. On paper, my job is easy…”) LOL!!!, AND OMG THIS ONE!!! Not a Hero by Cherise Sinclair (Moody police chief & the new girl in town who’s in hiding!! “…As Audrey learns to survive in Rescue, she begins to fall for the town…and the intimidating chief of police who protects it….”)
And SO many more that sound good, so I highlighted them below.

Monday Earlybird Book Releases + some that are going live at midnight! 01-28-19

Good morning and Happy Monday!! Quite a few in today’s lineup look awesome, and 4 of ’em gave me a blurb jolt!!! Take a look below at the early birds.
But first! Three things:
1.) It rained ALL day yesterday! ALL DAY. ALL NIGHT. I felt soggy. LOL!
2.) I watched a super scary movie this weekend (subtitled since it was filmed in Argentina) and it scared me GOOD!! It’s called “Terrified” (P.S. The cover image for this movie is SCARY!!) and it has that whole “Paranormal Activity” feel to it. Really disturbing scenes! The reviews were great, and I agree!!
3.) When I went to bed that night, I slept with the cooking channel on, in my bedroom, AND my lights on (albeit dimmed). Yep. I literally slept with the lights on. LOL!!!
