WE LOVE TARA SIVEC!! And… we had a wonderful “Tara Sivec” day on Wednesday on Facebook, celebrating our huge LOVE for her, her hilarious and/or sometimes super-angsty romance books and her amazingness altogether. She’s one of our OGs from back when indie romance authors took the book world (and my whole happy world) by storm and we couldn’t get enough of her.
And right now, we’re putting the spotlight back on her as she battles cancer, and we’re hoping to bring her books front and center of the limelight where they deserve to be! I’m hoping that all who haven’t discovered her yet, explore her outrageous and fun comedy romance, and dive into some of her emotionally angsty ones, too!

Michelle F: I needed a funny and easy series that I could pick up and escape with during the hours in hospital waiting rooms so I read all of Tara Sivec’s Chocolate Lovers series (Seduction & Snacks, Futures & Frosting, Troubles & Treats, and Hearts & Llamas) then the follow-up Chocoholics series (Love & Lists, Passion & Ponies, and Tattoos & Tatas) last year and they were laugh out loud hilarious stories! Cute and sweet romance but great sisterhood friendship too. (((more hugs)))
Georgia: Anything by Tara Sivec is amazing. Her Other series – Playing with Fire is amazing as well as well as her Ignite Series. Very different from her Chocolate series which is very funny. …The books written under this name are amazing. Gritty and Real. …She is a gifted author with great story teller. Enjoy !

Michelle F: Worth The Trip by Tara Sivec… It’s the novella after Fisher’s Light. I wasn’t a big fan of the first half of Fisher’s Light but I loved it by the end. So much so that I’ve since re-read it and it’s now one of my favorites so far this year So I read Worth The Trip last night and had to set it down several times to wipe the tears away and blow my nose so I could keep reading! Big. Ugly. Snotty. Tears. But it was so worth it. What a beautiful story of young love, heartbreak, mistakes, and the lifelong endurance of true love. If you liked Fisher’s Light, you must read Worth The Trip.

Tessa: Just finished The Stocking was Hung by Tara Sivec and it kept a smile on my face the whole time. It was a loan and even better, fulfilled one of my year end challenges. 🙂 One question. How can it end in two books? They haven’t even kissed yet, darn it! I need books upon books of that world, not just five.
