HAPPY 4TH OF JULY EVERYONE!!! What an amazing day it is! I’m off of work for the next few days – I’m even off on Prime Day (annnnd again, I am sick. Grrrrr that’s my only complaint of the day. I went from never being sick or catching anything for years and years, to catching a virus every 3 to 5 months. a.nnoy.ing. 😒 ). Luckily I’m off and can just sink into my couch, and heal. And READ!!

Like… SUPER-BARGAIN ALERT! This book is burning up the charts & many of us LOVE IT! WE WERE LIARS IS ON THIS LIST & it’s super-bargain priced. I one-clicked it!!!

Maryse: There’s such a big twist in the book that I don’t want to watch it and spoil it for myself. I need to read it ASAP!!! Then… I’ll watch it. 😜
HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!! We’re back in weekend mode (and me in READING mode), and my colleague and newest book bud, Kelly, just loaned me her Kindle (I panicked and asked her what she’s read this weekend without it – but she has a print book to read – YAY ME!!).
<—- She loaned it just so I could read another book that she just DEVOURED (and finished today) and loved like crazy. It’s The God of the Woods: A Novel by Liz Moore <—- and said she did NOT EVER want to put it down. She makes me laugh and throughout our work day, when she could sneak in a few pages, she’d run back and let me know how excited she was for me to read it and she’d count down how many pages she had left until she could let me jump in. YAY ME!!!

While I’m going to try to find some perfectly themed books for this special day, I, of course, will load it mostly with romance. 😉 In fact… HOLY MOLY I just one-clicked “The Wedding People” ’cause I keep hearing how awesome it is, and my colleague (and brand new book bud for me) LOVED IT!!

Annnnnnd…. I bought it. Annnnnnd it’s coming today!! Hrmmm… I’m going to see if any of the other colors are on sale too.
