HAPPY FRIDAY AND HAPPY WEEKEND EVERYONE!! I hope you all have fun things to look forward to. I’m going to take this weekend by ear, just kind of figure out what I want to do on the spot, wherever my whims take me (book wise, as well). BUT!! I do have plans for tonight for sure! HAPPY FRIDAY & HAPPY WEEKEND!!!! I’ve got a weekend full of plans & mostly chores to get to and hoping to get around to ALL of it. Some projects I’m excited about (getting my new closet system in place, and some landscaping – finally!! – if the weather feels right for it). But most of all, I’m hoping to escape in a book (still wanting to start “Bride” that was on super-bargain sale last week). In fact, Lisa one-clicked it too and just told me she LOVED it. HAPPY NOVEMBER & HAPPY FRIDAY BOOK FINDS!!!! I can’t even believe October is gone already. It came and went as quickly (but not as quietly) as that hurricane that stole an entire week out of my month last month. I hope November is going to be a happy one for everyone. It’s officially Thanksgiving month so I will do my very best to give thanks each and every single day. I should do this all year long so maybe I start today.

On this 1st day of November 2024, I am thankful for not having terrible storm damage (just the fence and it’s already fixed!) and having the opportunity to spend time with my family during the hurricane. read more

HAPPY FRIDAY!!! I MISSED LAST WEEK’S Friday Finds post ’cause of Hurricane Milton (stupid Milton!!!) and I had no power, but I’m back my friends, and just starting to get my bearings again. 🙂 Almost a whole week off of work too, last week, so let’s just say this week was INTENSE and non-stop. I’m so glad the weekend is here. I can get back to my routine, my plants, my cooking, and MY BOOKS!! 😀
