Sherida needed our book help and OMG THIS IS ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE BOOKS IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!! So I’m thrilled that I could “guess it” right off the bat, AND I’m thrilled to share the question with all of you in case you haven’t read this one yet.
This is a MUST READ and an absolutely unforgettable love story.
And while she gives away a spoiler in her question (I will alert before the spoiler) she does not spoil the ending and OMG WHAT AN ENDING!!

In fact, the first thought that came to my mind was an old one that I LOVED by her (Protecting What’s His (A Line of Duty Novel), – P.S. here’s my review – but I can’t remember if she’s a ballerina or a dancer? But I can remember the “he’s her neighbor” part. 😉 Oh boy CAN I!!!!

It was released in 2020 maybe 2019.
It is an interracial romance where the guy is rich and has two adult children but not interested in love cause his ex wife cheated on him and the girl’s cousin brings her to his house. The girl is a lawyer or works in an ngo.

And I do remember one book that sounds similar to this, but it’s from years ago, and that orgy scene was changed significantly once it was republished. 😉 Like… a whole lot tamer. Tee hee! So my guess is the original version of Feral Sins in Suzanne Wright’s The Phoenix Pack Series
