So many new ones just went live in the last 24 hrs, (including Penelope Douglas and Claire Adams and Kate Stewart), so I selected the extra blurb-jolters, PLUS!!!
We found some great-looking super-bargains AND we have an influx of reader recommendations (quite a few from our recent release lists). I LOVE feedback on the new stuff!
Look what we found!Β (NOTE: bargain priced when I added them, but prices can change on Amazon, so make sure to check before you finalize your order. Sales listed are for Amazon U.S., however some of the Amazon UK links also reflect the sale!):

Anything but MinorΒ byΒ Kate Stewart <— LIVE!!! BASEBALL STAR ALERT!! Oh I loved another book by this author BIG time, so YAY for this new release! It sounds fun and funny by that blurb!! (here’s myΒ Book Review of Room 212Β – which is the book I was referring to – SO romance-angsty-good!!)

She doesn’t count on falling for the gorgeous alien any more than she expects to be running for her life from the very government who had promised to protect her…“
- Pull of Gravity (The Italian Love Spell Book 4)Β byΒ Addison JenkinsΒ <— LIVE!! MAFIA ROMANCE ALERT!!!
Letters for KarinaΒ byΒ Eufie UnaznaΒ <— LIVE!!! I dunno… the cover calls to me, and the blurb sort of does too. It’s kind of weird. And I can’t figure out if the blurb is going to be as tumultuous as what it sounds like, and what the actual length of the book is. I’m adding it to the list just in case someone feels like sampling. π And then letting me know. π “A successful, talented, financially secure, mature gentleman, he is indeed the dream husband. And in this perfection, we are immersed inside his imperfect story — the struggle and toil to maintain perfection with his wife and maid…“

- Steadfast (True North Book 2)Β byΒ Sarina Bowen <— SARINA BOWEN RECENT RELEASE that Lisa recommends!
Lisa: Iβm half way through Steadfast β the follow up to Bittersweet for Sarina Bowen and Iβm loving it. Its a slow burn and their lives are so seriously messed up I just canβt even see how this can be resolved. At this point Iβm thinking itβs better than Griff and Audreyβs story β not so sweet β and a whole lot grimier (is that a word? It looks weird).
and then…
Lisa: PS: Steadfast was wonderful. I just loved Jude…I knew I would. Think this one is better than Bittersweet or maybe I just connected with the MCs more. Solid 4 stars and probably one I’ll remember by years end. I’ll be quiet now.

I did the same thing Tessa! Also got The Seventh Day and Sometimes Never box set…..and I’m *this close* to getting The Bookseller. My 1-clicker is out off control today!
Thanks for featuring my book “Letters for Karina” here. I truly appreciate it. Hope you will find the story interesting nice. Hope you could leave a review at the Amazon site. Thanks. Nice site by the way π
Read Adrenaline yesterday… Today I’m reading one from last week, it’s just meh, so far.
Leaving today to go to in-laws for my niece’s wedding tomorrow, so looking at a few to add to my kindle for the travel. I’m still reading Stealing Home which I’m loving!! Ugh, did I mention the wedding and reception are outdoors. 95+ temp with prob 100% humidity. Brutal! Hope I don’t have to pull out my nursing skills to revive anyone. Not sure I’ll have opportunity to check in again, so have a great weekend everyone and stay cool!! π
Have fun Cheryl! Yep, this heat on the East Coast has been brutal!
Have fun Cheryl!!!! Stay hydrated. *hug*
Have fun Cheryl!
MichelleS are you still reading Wolfsong? I started it today and I haven’t been able to put it down. I’m at 20% with no idea where this is going. It’s unlike any shifter book I’ve ever read before.
I feel like we need a br sometime soon.
Thank you for posting my note! You have made this an amazing year! Xoxo
I’ve picked up Wolfsong too. Huh. Autocorrect tried to rename it Wolfing LOL. Anyway, so far so good, even though I haven’t read much yet. Obviously a quality writer. Characters and storyline intriguing. Starts off in ‘real world’, but you know there’s some paranormal coming…….
Jan, TJ Klune is the author of Bear, Otter and the Kid series.
Hmm. I don’t know them at all.
Hang on. Bear, Otter and the Kid is the name of one book. LOL. I thought they were all separate books. What is the genre? Is it pnr?
Lol.
Never read them but Maryse reviewed them.
Tillie Cole outdid herself!!! She has worked her MAGIC and turned it around β¦ the Prophet went from most hated to MOST LOVED!!!! Definitely my favorite book out of all the Hangmen books so far! LOVE, LOVE, LOVED it!!! βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ read for me!
omg the rabbit scene at 30% – bahahabahaha
Who else is reading Wolfsong? That was hysterical.

Congrats Amy. That’s great milestone.
Welcome back Amy! Are you off til Monday? *passes a mojito*
Hi Jan!
Bear Otter and the Kid is not paranormal. It’s a “gay for you” genre that is just awesome.
If I remember correctly it’s his brother’s friend (I think?) and he develops a man-crush on him, but it actually becomes something serious and difficult since he always considered himself straight.
Also he’s raising his little brother and they both had a troubled childhood. It’s just awesome.
Bear and Otter are just the two main character’s nicknames, and the kid is his little brother that he’s taking care of.
Thank you Amy!! YAY! I one-clicked some of ’em!!! π
Another $3 Amazon kindle credit. US only
https://www.amazon.com/kindle-dbs/promoLanding?ref_=us_aman_ia1&promoCode=748c0020-452b-4af8-83c6-8db69a587746&campaignId=748c0020-452b-4af8-83c6-8db69a587746
Thanks Maryse. The genre isn’t clear from the blurb. So far I’m really liking Wolfsong, so if it turns out to be really good I’ll have to check out Bear and co as well. I flove finding great new authors! Yay! *happy dance of anticipation*
Thank you, Fabi! Poking people with a needle to get their blood was a little TOO fun…I didn’t want to stop after I had my five collections. *giggle*
Oh man, R…*pushes glass of mojito away and reaches for the whole pitcher*
My pleasure, Maryse! Gotta love sales and freebies. Heck, even if it’s only $1 off I still consider it a deal. π
Maryse I read Read My Lips by Daryl Banner today (I think you had on your list back in June when it was released).
I absolutely floved it!
Its a bit like a cross between Maybe Someday and Bad Romeo.
Set at a Theatre College. Desdemona, daughter of NY Theatre Royalty escapes to Texas to have a ‘normal’ college life and runs into bad boy Texan Clayton. The writing was stellar and it had this tensiony vibe throughout the whole book….I couldn’t put it down.
The H is ….hot damn *furious face fanning* sizzling. Silent, broody, impatient and struggling to come to terms with being deaf.
5 stars for me.
Has anyone else read it??
Lisa, it sounds amazing and it’s super-cheap right now. YAY ME!!!
Oh. And according to Amazon its on sale.
Melody Bittersweet is calling to me big time! And The Bookseller, Sometimes Never, Anything But Minor, and maybe Bear, Otter and the Kid <- I'll have to check that one out! Thanks Anna for the link! I got my $3 coupon, now what to choose?? π
Fabi – I finished Wolfsong and LOVED it. You’re right. Unlike any shifter book. I am writing a review for Amazon and Goodreads. I rarely do that. It’s because it was so memorable. Different. I know I’ll never forget it. 5 stars for me. A couple of little criticisms, but no big deal. It was a true love story, don’t you think? More than anything else, the love is what was the central theme. And the entire “shifter world” she created? The most authentic, I think. I totally believed these people were werewolves. All their actions. Thoughts. You know?
MichelleS I am SO glad you liked it. I’ve heard so many good things about this book. TJ Klune has such an authentic voice. Everything from the plot to the characters to the dialogue is original.
I’m only at 44%. I put it down because I think I’m heading into the heartbreak (the reason why I put off reading it for so long). But I have to rip the bandaid off to move forward, so, here goes…
What? Did I read that right? Fabi!!! Oh no!
What? What? What happened?
Your reading something sad. On purpose. Sober.
Oh. Ha! Yeah. :-/
Most m/m romance is heartbreaking because of the many different struggles the characters face. But, I’ve been hearing Wolfsong is particularly brutal. (which is why I recommended it to Amy if she ever feels like venturing into m/m romance) *snort*
Fabi – not brutal, no. Just very REAL. There is so much love, and it is not always pretty or flowery. Sometimes it hurts. But there is nothing over the top. There is a part in the middle there that can drag a bit, or maybe we start to lose hope, I’m not sure which it is. But I think we are SUPPOSED to feel like that, so we feel what Ox feels, You know?? Just keep going. KEEP GOING. I just know you’ll love this in the end. Ox and Joe are totally Fabi kind of characters.
*waves* Congrats Amy. Though, um, keep those needles far from me. *shudders* And thank you for the list. Everyone who likes YA should read the Kaitlyn Chronicles. SOooooo good and I still remember the story.
Thank you Anna. Three dollars is a whole book with ebooks. π
I got the Kindle Paperwhite. *squee* No more running out of battery! So, of course, I’m reading a library book. Make You Love Me by Johanna Lindsey. I swear, each time I pick up one of hers, the rest of the world is gone. If not for real life, I wouldn’t stop reading it at all until it was done.
I haven’t read her yet, Tessa. Is this one a historical?
Tessa, you won the giveaway here?!? That is friggin awesome!!! I am so excited!!!!
Wolfsong huh? I haven’t read a m/m for the sake of reading a m/m in a long time. But… You guys are piquing my interest.
Lisa thanks for the feedback on Read My Lips! That one’s high on my TBR!
Amy, hope you have a super relaxing weekend!
Anna, Amazon link did not work for me….boohoo
Tessa! What’d you win? Did I miss that mentioned somewhere?
Yes!! Thank you so much Lisa. I remember that one!! π
Thank you Anna!
It didn’t work for me either, Jean. I wonder if it’s ’cause we already redeemed ours?
Whoot! Another 3 dollars.
Tessa, congratulations. That’s awesome
Amy, that is really great that you are having fun with it. But I’m with Tessa, keep the needles away from me.
The coupon didn’t work for me yesterday but I tried again today, logged out of my account this time. I got a prompt to log in and voilΓ , $3 coupon.
Thank you Anna!
Sorry the credit didn’t work for everyone. I can’t figure out why. I got the $3 credit previously posted so I was surprised this one worked for me.
Hey! I just tried it again and it worked! I went to the link directly through the blog page instead of through my email message with the comment. Thanks Anna! I got Deep Redemption which is definitely my next read!
Congrats Tessa!
MichelleS, I’m at 50% and heartbroken as well as furious. If I were Ox I would have stomped away and never looked back.
I see now why people who never read PNR and those who never read m/m are five starring this book. It’s powerful. (btw, at 50% there has been no graphic sex – zero)
Ox has had my heart wrapped around his little finger since page 1.
Woah, I didn’t win the giveaway, I got it from my brother and his wife as an early birthday present. prime day had a huge sale and I’ve been wanting it due to my Nexus’s battery dies in one day. Though thank you all. π
Maryse. It is a historical, regency era. She’s been an auto buy for me since I was thirteen/fourteen. Every time a book came out, I’d get it. Now, I just get them from the library.
LOL Tessa. I was all excited that YOU won the giveaway. *snort* Well, your brother is pretty awesome to give you one.
Lol.
See how rumors get started?
That was a great gift.
Just finished The Museum of Heartbreak.
Need to think on where I want to go next.
I’m going to stick with YA and read Tell Me Three Things, any takers?
Oh. Dang it… Sorry Tessa LOL! Happy early birthday!
No clue what to read today…
Pssss.
Tell Me Three Things.
I’m hungry, I’m considering a mid-day bubble bath, and The Fish Tales may end me.
R. You’ve been reading that series for awhile now, huh?
Too much going on and I got backed up. I’m only half way through book 2. But I’m trying not to rush it. She’s so detailed that it’s nice to be able to take my time and enjoy it. The first one, I couldn’t put down, so I read it too fast, but the second one is sort of a retelling and lends itself to being savored. If gut-wrenching pain is something you want to savor lol.
3 things. I’m at the park with little dude. It’s only 2:33 and a white Russian sounds super good right now (mostly for the flavor). Broken Prince comes out in 9 days, July 25
Thx for the coupon heads up Anna…this, book lists from Amy, and others, and all the great recs like Wolfsong and Carry On are a few of the reasons I love this blog!
3 things….just had 3 mojitos, headed out by boat to dinner, and dying to get back to Backfire (loving that book)! Have a great night everyone!
You know, a while ago we said what book we are anticipating the most this summer, and I realized, even though I pre-ordered it and have been squeeing over the most. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. π
Oh, I love you guys.
LMAO.
I’m like, what is this 3 things list? What did I miss???
Then scroll up and see my post.
*snort*
That’s the title of the book I’m reading. I’d asked if anyone wanted to join, then Grey said she couldn’t decide what to read. That was my reply.
You guys are awesome.
I’ll play.
3 things. I just had a iced chai tea. Just had to stifle a loud laugh at the coffee shop. I’m considering getting take out for dinner.
Fabi I feel your pain. I too stopped Wolfsong at 44%, last night, because I am dreading what is coming :/ :/ :/ I smiled when I read you stopped exactly there too. I know…….
I really like this book. It’s engrossing, well-written, very ‘real’ shifter world. Joe and Ox OMG what a wonderful pairing. But I’m scared about what will happen next!!! I think I need to make a blankie fort and hide in there when I open my kindle again. Maybe a large cocktail made with baileys beside me. And a new, freshly opened box of chocolates.
Michelle S thanks for your encouragement to be brave and keep on going. You have given me some courage. *mutters to self* C’mon Jan, you can do it.
Jan if I can do it, YOU can do it. I’m at 74% now. What a mess. It’s so hard to put this book down.
π Thanks Fabi
I do like a book that has letters, texts, or emails as a way for the characters to get to know each other.
If you like that bev, you should really read A Lover’s Lament!
That’s hysterical about the 3 things! See how much influence you have over us!
I’m in shock.
Look, I have a blanket.
Curious to see if someone knows what I’m saying…
I’ll admit no I didn’t, I’d forgotten, but I guessed. Isn’t he wonderful?
So, you finished it?
Only the first episode but we love their dynamic together. We’ll continue watching. π My sister is stuck in the BDB right now…
Jean, I have that book and do not remember buying it.
Alright, have to share this because think it’s pretty true. The h in book I’m reading is the new girl in school and has run into the Queen Bees. She is asking another student about them. Wondering if they have always been mean.
“Not really. You know how it is. Mean girls get mean in seventh grade and they stay that way until your ten – year reunion, when they want to be best friends again. At least, that’s what my mom says.”
Guuuuuuyyyyyyys!! *said in a whiny voice*
I get all worked up over Wolfsong but find out when I go to click it that it’s m/m. Dangit!
Jean…three mojitos?? Damn woman! You make me proud!! π
Three things…I just slammed my pelvic bone into the counter trying to run from a bee that snuck into my kitchen, I made spaghetti and meatballs for supper, and I love that it doesn’t get dark until nearly 10:00 here.
SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS!!!!!!
*love*
Jean…what are you reading??
*scratches head over Maryse’s comment* Ummmm…yeah, I got nothin’. Now you HAVE to tell us what you’re talking about…
Oh, Amy.
What?!? What am I missing?
Now I just feel dumb…
Oh no…I walked right into it again, didn’t I?
*ducks and covers from potential Sherlock peanuts*
Amy I need to continue on with Sherlock. It would seem my sister and I regularly fall asleep by 11:30pm, so we’re struggling with the late night series-watching. *sigh*
So far pretty good though. It’s got clever and witty repertoire, and had me chuckling SO much, even though it’s a serious show.
Amy yeah Wolfsong is mm but don’t let that put you off. I’m not a massive mm fan but I’m still liking the book. Really well-written and involving, although a bit angsty :-/
Right?? We haven’t had S/M for a while so it was a nice treat. I just threw the meatballs in the slow cooker with a bunch of sauce this morning and VOILA! Paired it with a green salad, garlic bread, and some wine and instant, easy supper. π
Oh geez…oh no…I didn’t…
OMG I totally did…
Here it comes in 3…2…
Ok. I’ll play Bev.
3 things:
1) I really enjoyed Lovers Lament…you should read it.
2) Im half way thru Leo by Mia Sheridan (trying to knock out some of my older squirreled purchases).
3) My daughter and I have hideous head colds so we’re mouth breathing! Delightful! We both look like we’ve had a lobotomy.
LOL Lisa on your #3. *snort*
My allergies are beyond crazy right now and I’ve been miserable on and off for days. Sneezing my way through box after box of Kleenex and driving my sister crazy, I’m sure.
It’s the real reason your pelvis hurts, isn’t it.
Amy, Simon vs the Homosapiens. That one you need to read.
This is inadvertently my game. Really its Tessa ‘ s, but I like it. We should do it again.
I’ve been curious to see what it means in the book .
Maryse!!
I’m so happy, I honestly thought you were biting your lip.
*giggle* Amy +S&M… and the real story behind her sore hip…
3 things. I got to spend the evening with my bestie and her family celebrating her daughters birthday… Her daughter was a 1 pound premie born 2 months after my son. I love Pepsi… I should be sleeping as its after midnight here…
I’m a quarter of the way through this right now. It’s good. Fabi I think you might even like this. I rented it through Amazon.

Amy, I’m at 76% in Wolfsong and there’s been no hon page hanky panky. I can let you know when I finish I’d there’s any at all. I think you’d enjoy this book. <— that's the second time I've recommended it to you so it's obviously making me think if you
Sorry Amy. I spoke too soon. There’s a sex scene towards the end of the book.
So. Leo. Im not sure I liked it. Need to think about that a bit. *scratches head…shrugs…and opens tbr file for next book*
Im not usually an M/M fan but Wolfsong is getting lots of love.
Loved loved loved The Bourbon Thief! Now on Deep Redemption and loving it. Laying at home you’d think I would have read more but those pain killers knock me out. I feel like the first few days right after the surgery were better and now I’m hurting more, *scratches head* that shouldn’t be, right?
Oh that awful healing pain… *snuggles Ela gently*
I can imagine those painkillers are knocking you out big time….
Finished Tell Me Three Things. It was really good.
Time to pick the next one.
I just read the blurb of Tell Me Three Things and it sounds awesome. I hadn’t even heard of it before. Thank you bev!!!!! π
Oh Ela that sucks!! ARe the pain killers making you sick too? I always have to take Dramamine with them and that alone knocks me out!
Sorry to hear that, Ela.
Hope you are feeling better soon.
Thanks ladies! They don’t make me sick just sleepy, so I can’t complain but I don’t get why it feels worse now then after the surgery??? It may be that I ignored the walker a few times too many thinking me super woman. Well no more, I’m clutching to that walker like its my life line, lol.
Lisa, Leo was my least favorite Mia Sheridan book but I know others loved it. I never even read Leo’s Chance.
Amy, I’m reading Backfire, the 2nd book to Ricochet!!!! So frigging great! You have to read them! Challenge? It’s been a while! Lol!
Jean loved both of those books!
There is definitely sex in Wolfsong, but you know why it was perfect? because it wasn’t full of sex. There were only a few scenes. And those were actually very real. Not all flowery and contrived, just gritty and real, like it probably would be between these two. Klune could have made them all lovey-dovey and sweet, but that wouldn’t have worked.
I thought it was that Amy doesn’t connect with male leads , not the sex.
Just in general I think more authors need to edit out some of the sex scenes. No not being a prude, just a lot of times it is not advancing the story or the characters in any way. Towards the last part of books I really want to skim them sometimes.
Just saw the new headlines out of Louisiana.
It really seems like all the news stories are very scary and heartbreaking right now.
Too true. It’s absolutely insane.
I don’t know what to read next. I want to kill my TBR a bit. Can someone choose a number between 1 and 54 please?
Yeah, kind of like MM issue is I have troy le connecting and weak makes seriously creep me out. Honestly, the steam can be hawt, so that’s never an issue with me.
Troy me? Huh? That was supposed to be trouble.
Unbelievable isn’t it bev? So heartbreaking……
Ela, feel better!
Ela, help me badget Amy to read them! Lol!
Tessa – 33
33 is a GBL, (Going Back Later) Stupid Girl by Cindy Miles.
Tessa…27. “I want to kill my TBR a bit.” <—– *snicker*
Yep Bev…it's not the sex scenes in m/m, it's that I don't connect with male POV. The exception though is for certain YA male POV books, usually those which are dealing with highly emotional storylines like in I Know It's Over, 13 Reasons Why, and Jumping Off Swings…holy moly, those BROKE my heart and the last two had me full-on sobbing. Fault Line was another one but it had me so freaking upset by the end, even though I actually connected with the male MC.
GAH Jean! Now is NOT the time to challenge me, woman!! π
AMY YOU MUST READ RICOCHET AND BACKFIRE! THEY ARE SOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOD!
I just wanted to mention that documentary I watched last night. We’ll mention it again. It’s only around an hour and a half and I thought pretty fun.
They feature several authors like Nora Roberts, Elisa James and Beverly Jenkins to name a few. Doesn’t go too in depth bit still interesting.
One fun part is a lady who was a fan of James and then became like an assistant, then James mentioned her to other authors and she now is able to support her family doing it. But she meets with a group of women like once a year who she met on James’ forum and became friends with. It’s a really sweet story.
That should be Eloisa James.
Halfway through Dirty, #3 on my list, and I like it, but not love. Moving a bit fast for me. Yet, I already know I’ll be reading the second one as I like this world she is setting up around the hometown bar.
Amy, exactly why you just described liking mm is why you should read Wolfsong. One of the MCs is 10 y.o. when the story begins. He grows up slowly throughout the story.
I can honestly say I’ve never read a weak male character in mm. It’s one of the reasons why I mix so many mm romance into my reading. I like my MCs strong, smart and with take no shit attitudes. There’s been too many TSTL DNFs for me in F/M romance but not a single one in m/m romance.
I still say sample Simon vs. The Homosapiens Agenda, Amy. *sigh* Not sure why, except I think you might like him and appreciate is voice and humor.
Actually, a lot like Undecided, I think that book would be a good fit for many on here. One of those fun books, with good writing, witty characters, wonderful insights, and has some emotional heft with out being over dramatic.
C’mon Amy, Maryse, Lisa, Jean, and etc (our roster is getting long (but where is Michelle? ?)) Just sample it, what’s a sample, 4 minutes?
Okay I’ll sample, bev.
Now that you brought up “Undecided” which is pretty much my 2016 favorite, I’m curious for that “feel”
Amy – Dark Secrets by AM Hudson. Huh. I thought I read that. I guess not. That’ll be next after Stupid Girl. I’m seeing why I GBL’s it the first time. It is definitely one if in the wrong mood, won’t work. I’m not so I’m okay with it. I just hope it doesn’t go too cheesy.
Okay guys, how about some deals (Jennifer, your comment about my lists gave me the warm and fuzzies!)…

Tessa! That series had me all over the place with it’s H and h and even another character…loving them, then HATING them, then loving them again! I never thought I would forgive a couple of the characters, but I actually did.
I will say that the first book (I think the first two have been combined into one now?) was a bit on the amateurish side writing wise, and if I picked it up for the first time now (I read it a few years ago before I had a lot of books under my belt) I don’t know that I would stick with it. BUT! But but but…if you stick with it, I CAN tell you that it will take you for a wild ride, and her writing gets better as the series goes on. Vampire sexy times, heartbreaking, infuriating, angsty, OMG-did-he/she-really-just-do-that moments…yep, it has all of those. π
Ela…I know. I KNOW. I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed right now with all of the must-read recs floating around here right now. *sigh* What a problem to have. π
Bev…see above comment to Ela. You just added to that. π
Fabi…when I attempt m/m at some point, you WILL be my go-to lady for recs!
Has anyone read Read my Lips by Daryl Banner? It came out last month.
Oh, Amy I’m sorry.
Jean, mix up a pitcher of margaritas.
*pats sofa*
Relax. Let the book worries go.
*Looks around*
Hmmmmhmmmhmm.
Hummmdeeedeedeeedee
Hey, I know let’s turn on the tv. Got to be something good to watch.
Veg a little.
Ooh, 1.99 also, The Drafter by Kim Harrison. I haven’t read it yet, so it was still in my wishlist.
Ooh, Tessa I like Kim Harrison. Haven’t read that one.
I’m vegging….sitting at the marina drinking captain and coke! Beautiful day here!
OK Amy, no pressure right now……just let me know when you’re ready.
Fabi, someone here just read Read My Lips and loved it (Lisa I think?).
Thanks for the list Amy!
Alright, Stiupid Girl just isn’t working for me. *DNF* I honestly can’t tell you why, but it might be slow writing for me. The situation is right. The characters seem about right. Yeah, no clue but I can’t anymore.
I just finished Wolfsong. It feels like it took a long time to read. But it wasn’t the 400 pages. It was the total immersion into that world. I am literally stunned speechless at the brilliance of this book.
Right, Fabi? Right!?!?!? I want another book just like that one. Same feels. I keep starting books & nothing is clicking. It messed with my head. I think Ox is my new favorite male lead 2016. Sigh.
I think we need a buddy read….
MichelleS, you must be reading my mind because I was thinking that I can’t start another book right now. I just want to wallow in this incredible experience.
I think I’m going to go hug all my neighbours. Never mind I don’t know any of them.
Sawbones!
I’m so happy for you guys!! I love it when a book is so good you have to mourn it!!
Okay yeah, I’m totally one-clicking Wolfsong. I already know I love TJ.
Wolfsong is “candy canes and pinecones and epic and awesome”
Fabi I think you saw my GR review of Read My Lips. I floved it. Floved it. 5 starred that sucker.
Clayton is just……perfectly f#&ked up.
Ok Grey. What do you suggest for BR?
Im half way thru Lock and Key atm but have a few clear reading hours ahead so should be finished soon.
I did see your review Lisa. It made me want to read it. I’ve already bought it and have it lined up.
Are we going to read Broken Prince as a buddy read when it comes out?
I’d like to buddy-read it, Tessa!! π
Ohhh Broken Prince!!! Yes yes and Yes! And I want to read Pennies too.
I haven’t read Wall of Winnipeg but I’m kind of craving a bully or dark. Although both of those will be hit with BP and Pennies…so IDK…
I may go to my spreadsheet lol
Read my Lips? Maybe…. He’s deaf & brooding, right? Will download sample.
Wait. What’s Broken Prince?
Yes, Fabi, it was candy canes and pinecones and epic and awesome.
Broken Prince is the follow up to Paper Princess by Erin Watt, it comes out the 25th.
lol I wish I could help you. I wish even more I actually made a folder called bullies on Goodreads. It’d have made it much easier. Then again, I am so bad about actually putting them in folders besides Read. π
Oooh, tonight I get my Elemental Assassin novella. π
Well, I popped on the proverbial big girl panties and bravely picked up Wolfsong again, after being scared there was too much drama and angst ahead. Now I’m at 64% and I can deal. In fact, I’m fluvvin it. Yes, it’s candy canes and pinecones and epic and awesome. (If you read it you’ll find out what that means……. π ) This is a WONDERFUL book. I’m in love with Ox, (even though he’s in love with Joe). I can’t wait to see what will happen next. Read it, ladies.
That’s awesome Jan. It was hard to get past that part but Klune worked out that plot twist perfectly imho. So glad you’re liking it.
I haven’t been this gripped by a book in quite a while.
*excited grin with jazz hands*
Alright, Amy. Apparently at some point I read this book. Seriously, I don’t know when, but I read it. I keep remembering things as I read, but darn if I know how it ends and such. I think the same thing happened with Mighty Storm. lol I’m gonna peak at the end, and line up the next book for my wishlist.
Jan…I love it when a book inspires happy dancing and jazz hands!!
Michelle S…..Read My Lips!! Pick this one.
Grey! Ive got a great dark bully book for you. It has that Fallen Crest thing where the ordinary girl is suddenly plonked into the bitchy back stabby world of the spoilt and over indulged….let me find it on my kindle.
I’ll get back to you *scurries for kindle*
Ah. Grey. I found it but you’ve probably read it already as I noticed chat on here about it before….Tangled by Em Wolf. Adonis Benoit. First class bully. Megalomanic narcissist is how he’s described!!
Lisa I loved that one!!! Very good. π
Tangled was really good.
So that wasn’t really a game? I totally thought that was a game!
Nope the title of a book, but Tessa made it into a game.
It’s a fun one too. π
Maryse, you tell Amy all about Sherlock.
It’s just a tiny sample, *holds up thumb and pointer*, just this much.
I have not read Tangled actually….
He is. π Though his wife is the one that gave it to me now. He said if it were up to him, he’d have waited until my birthday. Hehehe She’s pretty awesome too.
If you’re after a bully that will do it for you Grey.
It’s quiet around here tonight.
