Book Bargain Finds + PRIME DAY FUN DAY #2 – 07-12-2023

<— I FINALLY GOT IT!! AT THIS PRICE… I finally jumped in. 😉 HAPPY PRIME DAY #2!!! Okay, so ready for another round? P.S. My Prime Day list from yesterday is still in full effect so check it out, too. 

Usually Wednesday is my “freestyle” day of posts. I either update our favorite trope lists, or create a new one, or I post reader questions, or reader confessions. All fun stuff, and I’m probably going to do some of that, but I figures since it’s still Prime Day, I’d embark on another mission of awesome finds!

Because you see, I’m still shopping, and having wayyyyyy too much fun doing it. I’m finally acclimating to my new house and ready to change stuff up. 😉

These are all the things that I have and love, or that I want and/or just ordered:

MakeUp Eraser, Erase All Makeup With Just Water, Including Waterproof Mascara, Eyeliner, Foundation, Lipstick and More <— I JUST GOT THIS!! I used to have a white one (actually I STILL have it – but it’s stained after years of daily use). I got it in one of my IPSY packs and it was one of the best things they ever sent me. Now I have a new one again!! 😀

Mario Badescu Moisturizing Lip Balm <— I BOUGHT IT!! I’m a lip balm addict, and I have a few throughout my house. In my bathroom, in my bedside table, one in my desk, and two in my purse. And the mint one are my favorite because they are soooooo soothing. So guess what? Yep. MINE!!

Dorisue Magnetic eyelashes natural look Short lashes <— I JUST GOT THESE a few days ago, and they are perfect and exactly as they appear in the picture. I need lighter and shorter fake eyelashes ’cause the more glam ones are way too big and heavy looking for my eyes. They look so fake on me. I wish… I could wear them like on the videos that show how they look, but they never end up looking that way on me. *sigh* I purchased some of the more famous brands that claim to have baby lash sets, and girl next door type of sets and still, they were too much for me. And I paid almost $50 for those… and even after trimming like they say to do, it was still… nope. So I received these a couple of days ago, and they are perfect. Not a PRIME DAY deal per se, but on sale and a great price!

YETI Can Insulators!! <— Plus other stuff from yeti on Prime Day sales!! The boys (and man) in this house are all about Yeti everything (cooler, and tumblers, and stickers on their stuff etc etc…) and we don’t have any of these!! At this price, I think I can load up for all of them.

Fleece Blankets White Throw Blanket (plus other colors too!) <— PRIME DAY MEGA DEAL!! I GOT THE THROW SIZE but it’s a deal in bigger sizes too (I almost got the King size) in pure white for my beautiful bed (I’m on a whole “perfect fluffy bed” mission. I have TWO inserts in my duvet cover for that extra height and fluffy oomph), and my wonderful sheets from yesterday’s post, and 4 huge king pillows and now this throw. Also, about my duvet cover, I had to buy the exact same one again (I loved it soooo much) but my dog chewed through the first one I got a month or so ago (that damnnnn dog!! 😆) and so here it is (I bought it twice now in the span of 2 months). 🙄

YANKEE CANDLES!! <— STILL MY FAVORITE JARS & SCENTS. These are all the ones that are on Prime Day Sale (some full size jars, lower than $12). Now I’m gonna hunt for my favorite scents.

Purses Hanger Organizer for Closet <— I GOT THIS EXACT ONE A FEW DAYS AGO & NOW IT’S ON PRIME DAY SALE! This made a world of difference for my purses. I don’t have a ton, but 6 or 8, but I love them and like to have easy access without digging into a pile of ’em.

Black 3-Tiered Indoor/Outdoor Plant Stand, Wrought Iron Plant Stand Holds 3-Flower Pot Metal Plant Stand <— PRIME DAY DEAL!! OHHHH!! I HAD THIS AT MY OLD HOUSE! In my move, since I was still looking for a new house and loaded a ton of stuff in a storage unit, I gave this to my friend Michelle. I miss it, and now that I’m in my house, I think I’m getting it again. 🙂 I had three gorgeous fairly large “rattlesnake plants” on it, and Michelle got those too.

Plant Stand Indoor Outdoor, 3 tier Metal Plant Stands <— This is the one I had outside (I had two) and I was growing a ton of stuff on these shelves (mostly my herbs, and my seedling starters). Outside 24 hours a day in the rain or shine, and when I left, they were still in perfect condition. You can use it for whatever, but they served me well. I have to watch what I get, plant wise, ’cause the HUGE puppy Great Dane that I have, knocks everything over when he gets the zooms, which is daily. He’s literally the reason we can’t have nice things. 😂

AeroGarden Harvest with Gourmet Herb Seed Pod Kit – Hydroponic Indoor Garden <— PRIME DAY SUPER-DEAL & I GOT IT!!!! OBVIOUSLY I’M OBSESSING OVER PLANTS RIGHT NOW… so I got this, since I love to cook, and at my old place, I had an entire area dedicated to growing herbs. I miss it, so this will get me started and the reviews are GREAT, and this deal is unbeatable!!!! HOLY MOLY THAT PRICE!!

Color Wow Dream Coat Supernatural Spray – Multi award winning anti frizz spray keeps hair frizz free for days no matter the weather with moisture repellant anti humidity technology; glass hair results. <— HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS? I’m afraid of a greasy look, like some of my silicone mists, if you overdo it, it looks bad (stringy and oily), but this product says to spray liberally from root to end? SERIOUSLY?? I think I need this. The humidity in Florida is through the roof, and it doesn’t matter how much time I take to curl my hair, or straighten it, it frizzes out. Even in the house under AC. *sigh*. So maybe this will fix it? I want it!!
