Good morning and Happy Friday everyone!! Today’s Friday Finds list is pretty big (some great new releases AND 5-star recommendations to choose from).

And if more come our way, I’ll add those too (let me know if you see a great one that I missed).

  • Best Laid Plans by Lauren Blakely <— THE LATEST By Lauren Blakely IS LIVE!! Her best guy friend is willing to give her lessons… ;) “…But to guarantee it won’t ruin our friendship, I have some specific requirements for his instruction. I want these classes to be hypothetical more than hands-on. So what if he’s hella sexy? I can handle that, no problem…”
  • CONVICT (Unfit Hero Book 1) by Hayley Faiman <— LIVE!!! “…Those Words make the entire town assume they are vindicated to use them. I am wrong. They are right…”
  • Devil’s Daughter: The Ravenels meet The Wallflowers by Lisa Kleypas <— RECENT RELEASE & Jan LOVED it (even says best of 2019 so far!)!
Jan: I ripped through Devil’s Daughter in one day!!! LOL. I loved it. A beautiful romantic read. Best read so far for 2019. i highly recommend if you like HRs. …set in the 1870s with such a gorgeous couple. Sexy, romantic, charming, funny, intense, great secondary characters (including great kids) this book’s got the lot. At the moment it’s looking like a (rare) 5 star for me. *happy sigh*
  • What He Never Knew: A Teacher/Student Romance (What He Doesn’t Know Series Book 3) by Kandi Steiner <— STUDENT TEACHER ROMANCE ALERT!! Kandi Steiner’s latest is LIVE!! “…When Sarah Henderson walks into my life, I tell myself she’s off limits. She’s my student, sixteen years younger than me, and my boss’s niece. It doesn’t matter that I see the same pain reflected in her eyes that I have in my own, or that the dead organ better known as my heart kicks to life when she’s around. I’ve been here before, and I know how this ends…”

Trish: Loved this!!!

Donna: Can’t wait to read this!

  • One Week in Paris by Roya Carmen <— Roya Carmen’s latest is LIVE!! He’s her old high school nemesis!! ”…Kayla realizes that her mother’s fiancé is her old high school nemesis’ father. Looks like the boy who made her teenage life hell is about to become her stepbrother. Matt Moore is as beautiful, rich and cocky as ever. And so is his father, Mark…” P.S. Can be read as a standalone but better in order to not spoil the first 2 books.
  • The Wicked King (The Folk of the Air Book 2) by Holly Black <— Tessa LOVED it!
Tessa: So, finally read The Wicked King by Holly Black and HOLY CRAP! I didn’t want to stop reading it. I finished it last night and I just have been in a cloud, and wanting to go back to the world again. Seriously, it’s so good, words don’t describe. That’s one of the best second books I’ve ever read.  :)
  • The Wolves of Winter: A Novel by Tyrell Johnson <— POST APOCALYPTIC ALERT!!! I love those (and I HAVE this one already!!), and TASHA J LOVED IT!!! She’s my book twin so I bet I will too! :D

Tasha J: Finished The Wolves of Winter by Tyrell Johnson! I’ve had it for a year, I think. I’m determined to start reading some of these books I’ve been hanging on to for too long now. So, I went in blind, completely forgetting what it was about and surprise! It’s an apocolyptic read!

I needed something different so this was perfect for me. Also, something about the Yukon, (snow, snow, snow) and reverting back to pioneers basically really enraptures me. Bonus, there’s a hint of romance. I loved it, it wasn’t too long, had just enough of everything to keep me invested, and was well executed.

Maryse: Tasha I totally love those storylines too… learning to “survive” and live again. YAY ME!! Another Tasha rec right up my alley! :D I’m starting this one tonight!!

  • Jane Doe: A Novel by Victoria Helen Stone <— PSYCH-THRILLER SUPER-BARGAIN ALERT!!! I read another book by this author and LOVED it (this one: Evelyn, After: A Novel), so I’m ALL OVER THIS!! :D “…Jane’s days at a Midwest insurance company are perfectly ordinary. She blends in well, unremarkably pretty in her floral-print dresses and extra efficient at her low-level job. She’s just the kind of woman middle manager Steven Hepsworth likes—meek, insecure, and willing to defer to a man. No one has any idea who Jane really is. Least of all Steven. But plain Jane is hiding something. And Steven’s bringing out the worst in her...” <— OH BOY YES PLEASE!!!!!!!
Andrea: LOVED this book! Listened to it on Audible last month.
Michele G: I just finished More Than Words by Jill Santopolo. She wrote The Light We Lost, which was one I really loved. I can’t say I loved this one to quite that extent but it was still a beautifully written story with a message you can walk away feeling good about. I gave it 4 stars. (I would probably 5 star the cover! I think her covers are so pretty and to me this one was exquisite!)
  • Bone Music (The Burning Girl Book 1) by Christopher Rice <— SHE WAS RAISED BY SERIAL KILLERS!!! Book #1 is super-bargain priced (and book #2 was just released!!). :D “…Charlotte Rowe spent the first seven years of her life in the hands of the only parents she knew—a pair of serial killers who murdered her mother and tried to shape Charlotte in their own twisted image. If only the nightmare had ended when she was rescued…”
  • Blow Me Away: A sexy, friends to lovers rom com! (A Mile High Matched Novel Book 2) by Christina Hovland <— LIVE!!! PRETEND BREAK-UP ALERT!! “...She refuses to be interested in the hot-shot florist across the street. He is trouble with a capital T. Sexy trouble, but still, a hook-up with Jase is a hard nope. Desperate to avoid his family’s incessant matchmaking, a fake breakup with the beautiful Heather is just what the florist ordered. If his family believes Heather decimated his heart, they’ll leave him alone. Heather isn’t so keen on the idea, but Jase is determined to make it worth her while…”
  • Finding the Fight (Stealth Ops Book 3) by Brittney Sahin <— LIVE!!
  • Hard As Stone: Heart of Stone Series #8 by K.M. Scott <— LIVE!!
  • TAG by AJ Everheart <— LIVE!! DYSTOPIAN AND OMG THAT COVER CREEPS. ME. OUT!!!! “…We are the survivors, the ones who made it to the first anniversary of the outbreak. Our numbers are dwindling, but we have one last shot at fighting back. We just have to survive long enough to save the human race. The fate of the country lies with a lonely school girl and a city boy with a shady past. The rules are simple: don’t get caught…”
  • The Friend: An emotional psychological thriller with a twist by Teresa Driscoll <— PSYCH-THRILLER SUPER-BARGAIN!! “...On a train with her husband, miles from home and their four-year-old son, Ben, Sophie receives a chilling phone call. Two boys are in hospital after a tragic accident. One of them is Ben. She thought she could trust Emma, her new friend, to look after her little boy...”
  • The Son & His Hope by Pepper Winters <— RECENT RELEASE & Mona LOVED it too (top 2019!!!)
Mona: I agree with Stacey, The Son & His Hope was full of the feels and did not disappoint. It picks up where the Ribbon Duet leaves off. Tissues are a necessity! Definitely a 2019 top favorite!
Kathy P: Samantha Christy has a new start of a series out called Igniting Ivy (this one is about firemen). I loved her Perfect Game Series (baseball). I will start this…
  • Too Much Love to Hide (Summer Lake Seasons Book 2) by SJ McCoy <— LIVE!!!
  • Sins Behind The Scenes by Maggie Carpenter <— LIVE!!!
  • White Rabbit: The Fall (The Kingmaker Saga Book 2) by London Miller
  • STALK HER by Ker Dukey <— LIVE!!! KER DUKEY DARK READ CREEEEEEPY STALKER ALERT!! “…I discover the beautiful, yet broken, Alice Young. She’s seeking advice, a place to unburden her thoughts. What she gets is a dangerous, callous predator who wants to quench his thirst with her tears. My precious, Alice, feels so alone, but she’s not alone. I’m watching her. I feed on the fear of others. Alice Young may prove to be too damaged, even for my appetite…”
  • With This Lie: A Novel by Kat Savage <— LIVE!!
  • Think Twice by Stephanie Rose
  • Love Me Like You Won’t Let Go by Melissa Toppen <— LIVE!! SECOND CHANCE ROMANCE ALERT!! “…He was the boy I had loved since I understood what loving someone meant. The one who knew me inside and out. The one who swore he’d never let me go. It’s been six years since that day and even now the memory haunts me like it was yesterday…”
  • Secret (The King Brothers Series Book 1) by G. Bailey <— BROTHER’S BEST FRIEND ALERT!! Dena recommends it!

Dena: …It is a complicated story. The father is into illegal stuff and has an affair, she is the product of that affair however; the mother runs away to keep her safe. The mother dies and she ends up into a foster home and her half brothers find her and take her home. The father has died and has left the older brother in charge.

She meets her brother’s best friend and the story takes off from there. It is a really good book and the author makes all of these characters fascinating.

  • Ashley has had an excellent reading spurt!! These are the latest that she recommends:

I’ve read a lot of good books lately! I just keep forgetting to post about them.

For those going on a road trip soon, or maybe you’ve got some projects that require both hands this weekend but still allows you to “listen”… check out the free audible trial + 2 free audiobooks deal —>

  • AND! Here’s the fun-tool again! —> Find out which of YOUR Kindle books are available as audiobooks at a BARGAIN-PRICE! <— This thing is so cool (Amazon calls it “Matchmaker“)! It’s an Amazon feature, that scans all of your Kindle books and will list all of the ones you have that are also available as an audiobook at a discounted price (not normal audiobook prices). This way, you can switch back and forth, seamlessly between your ebooks and your audiobooks. VERY COOL!
  1. The Wicked King: The Folk of the Air, Book 2 by Holly Black <— Michele G LOVED the audio!

Michele G: Tessa, I’ve been waiting for your comments on The Wicked King!! Wasn’t it the best?! I totally agree with your statement about it being one of the best second books you’ve read! It was sooo good! That’s one I bounced back and forth between the book and the audio.

Let me tell you all that the audio was awesome! I got both through the library but I think I’m really going to have to own this one!

Nay: I’ve been doing audiobooks the past couple of weeks. Just finished Dark Places by Gillian Flynn, and I loved it! Not as much as Gone Girl–that’s one of my all-time fave audiobooks, but Dark Places is one of those that I didn’t want to turn off when I had other things to do. I actually listened to it about 4 years ago, but I’d forgotten the key points, so I sped it up and listened to it again.
  • When August Ends by Penelope Ward <— GASP!!! Ashley feels sneaky for listening and LOVING this story before it came out on ebook! And now it’s not even live on audiobook either. What luck she had!!? :P

Ashley: AND I don’t know how, but one morning before work I was checking to see what new audiobooks came out and the new Penelope Ward book was out so I checked to see if the kindle book was out, it wasn’t so I bought the audiobook and listened to it – it was amazing, the chemistry in her books is unparalleled. So later I went to see what other books came out and the Penelope Ward book was no longer available it’s up for preorder! So I feel like I got away with something.

Good morning! I’m drinking vanilla nut teaccino this morning. It’s different, not bad! It smells stronger than it tastes and I am surprised by how much it resembles coffee. Lemon blueberry scones are in the oven and I will be reading What the Wind Knows by Amy Harmon today. J has his 9 month doc appt here soon though, so it may be a bit before I really get to dig in!

Grey February 22, 2019 at 8:39 AM

*tosses K-cups* I’m ready for spring… Seriously. Over. Winter.

Leslie M February 22, 2019 at 8:45 AM

Good morning! I too am over winter. Pleh! Had to shovel driveway twice this week and my back hurts.

Teaccino sounds interesting. I’m having coffee with honey pecan creamer.

Tasha J February 22, 2019 at 9:25 AM

Mmm, honey pecan sounds tasty!

Grey February 22, 2019 at 9:39 AM

Maryse, the preorder is up for Release by Lucia Franco, btw….I know you were wondering about that oneI iBooks April 29th and Amazon May 2nd.

Maryse February 22, 2019 at 9:53 AM

Winter is pretty nice right now in Florida. mid 70s to low 80s. But we’ll have another cold front (frost) soon enough… March is notorious for that.

Maryse February 22, 2019 at 9:54 AM

OH EM GEEEEEEEE lemon blueberrrrrrrrrryyy scoonnnnnnnnnnessss.

Sounds like heaven!

Stacey February 22, 2019 at 9:56 AM

Surviving Amber Springs by Siobhan Davis was really good! Its not a new release, but I just found it. Davis does an awesome job with a sensitive subject. Its also got the reverse harem aspect ***wiggles eyebrow***!!! This one stuck with me, still thinking about it days later.

bev February 22, 2019 at 10:09 AM

Ok…where are Jean and Amy?

I miss them.

bev February 22, 2019 at 10:17 AM

Not sure if I shared this before?

But I love this live performance and it just came up on my spotify. It’s so good. I’m really becoming a SHINee fan. But great dances and live vocals. Also, really love the styling here. Sometimes the concepts make me scratch my head.
It might now be one of those groups I want to watch live.
Jonghyun one of the main vocalist , the one who does the call out at the end, passed last year. He and Taemin are the ones whose solo work I’ve been delving into a bit. He has a really pretty jazzy song that makes me think of spring when I hear it.

Nay February 22, 2019 at 12:23 PM

Happy Friday!

Just wanted to mention that for those of us who have KU, Jane Doe (and Evelyn, After) from Maryse’s list both have free audiobook listening with KU. I’m going to add them to my list!

Lemon blueberry scones–YUM!

Tasha J February 22, 2019 at 3:10 PM

I cheated with the scones. It was pre-mixed, but they were still so yummy! Warm, with a little butter right outta the oven. And I have plenty of extras for later.
I’m still watching Glee. I’m in season 4, but I’m not as invested since they’ve gone to college. It’s not the same without that group all together. Different energy.

Amy February 22, 2019 at 7:01 PM

*sneaks up behind bev*

*opens arms to sneak-hug her*

*thinks better of it and backs away*

I’m here! Just had lots of…STUFFS going on. The kind that makes you want to throw a temper tantrum (like one of bev’s pacifier-sucking, toddling marshmallows) and say you want to quit being an adult.

BUT! Things are getting better. :D I haven’t checked any of the Tuesday and Friday posts for, like, a month so I have a TON of comments to catch up on…not to mention a TON of book buying to do. I’ve already allotted myself a nice chunk of change in preparation for my book-buying spree!

Amy February 22, 2019 at 7:03 PM

And I would LOVE a crazy recap of what I’ve missed over the last few weeks. *raises eyebrows at bev*

Jan February 22, 2019 at 8:16 PM

Ooh I’m on board with lemon blueberry scones, packet mix or not. *holds out plate to Tasha for a scone* Please? The teaccino sounds intriguing too. Never come across that one before. Huh. Autocorrect tried to change teaccino into tacking then teaching. LOL.

I’ve got a bit of a book hangover after Devil’s Daughter. I’m feeling a bit flat and rooting around for a decent book. Oops that sounded kinda dirty, in Aussie slang anyway ;)

Then I spotted the new Opposites Attract book is out in a coupla days. That along with the new Julie Ann Long HR due out on the same day will cheer me right up :D Thanks Maryse!

bev February 22, 2019 at 8:19 PM

I cant think of anything.
Either I haven’t been paying that much attention or it’s been so quiet.
One big thing is it’s the blogs 10th anniversary this month.

Tasha J February 22, 2019 at 8:43 PM

I’m having a bedtime scone too. *pops one over to Jan* The teaccino I bought on Amazon after a post where Jewel E Ann was drinking one. It sounded intriguing to me too, especially bc I can’t drink real coffee. It has to be decaf. Not only does the caffeine mess with me physically, but erm…*whispers* it acts as a laxitive and I feel like I’m gonna throw up all day. But, the taste is so comforting I can’t give it up so it’s decaf, always. I just wanted to try bc it’s caffine free, herbal tea so it’s probably a lot healthier right? Anyway, the vanilla nut is really, really good and it’s got that coffee taste. Even the texture? I’m not sure that’s the right word, but if I dk how to explain it. I’m not quitting my decaf either though. Lol!

MichelleS February 22, 2019 at 8:52 PM

Who recommended Grace & Frankie on Netflix? Was that you, Bev? I’m dying here. So funny. Great fun on a rainy Friday night.

bev February 22, 2019 at 8:57 PM

I did watch the first season a couple years ago and did like it. Not sure why I didn’t keep up with it.

Jan February 22, 2019 at 11:40 PM

Thanks for the scone, Tasha. Yum. I might see whether that teaccino is available down here. Hubs and I often go down the decaf path cos we don’t like to OD on caffeine. I sure sleep better when I don’t have too much caffeine. This might be an interesting alternative.

JulieO February 23, 2019 at 6:41 AM

Can’t wait for new Lucia Franco book. Now I’ve got to go back and reread the last one.

MichelleS February 23, 2019 at 9:27 AM

Jan- have you read Paula Quinn’s series The MacGregors? It’s one of my all time favorite HR series. Each is a stand alone about different members of the clan, but the very best experience is to read them in order. Unforgettable characters.

Maryse February 23, 2019 at 9:57 AM

I’m just finishing up “Baby Teeth” and ooooooooh what a creeeeeeepy psycho child. I love creepy child books, but I’m always so disturbed by them, too. I’m so curious how it’s going to end. A bit scared actually.

Lisa M February 23, 2019 at 12:42 PM

Happy Saturday!!! I just finished reading The Initiation by Sam Crescent. Book hangover!!! Now I have to wait for book 2!!! Such a cliffy!!! Reminded me of books by Tijan, Rachel Van Dyken,Meagan Brandy & Penelope Douglas. Highly recommend this book especially if you like books by these other authors.

Tasha J February 23, 2019 at 12:56 PM

Oooh, *rushes to look up Baby Teeth AND The Initiation!*

Tessa February 23, 2019 at 1:05 PM

*adds Initiation to her To buy recs*

Gah, talk about a rec. Also now gotta look up Meagan Brandy. :)

Tessa February 23, 2019 at 1:05 PM

NVM, Boys of Brayshaw

Tasha J February 23, 2019 at 1:14 PM

Lol Tessa! I’ve been stalking her since. 2 weeks and we get to see some teasers. *rubs hands together*

Amy February 23, 2019 at 2:22 PM

Maryse, have you ever watched We Need to Talk About Kevin starring Tilda Swinton and John C. Reilly? GAH! Talk about feeling that woman’s frustration. I know it’s hard to picture JCR in a serious role but he pulls it off. It jumps back and forth between past and present, and holy moly the ending is just *OOMPH!*

I’m sure the book is good as well, I’m just a little partial to the movie having seen it first. ;)

Maryse February 23, 2019 at 2:43 PM

Amy is he a creepy kid?? I haven’t seen it. But I WANNA!!!! I LOVE “holy moly endings”!! :P

Baby Teeth’s ending gave me a chill up my spine. ;) I love when that happens!!

Maryse February 23, 2019 at 2:44 PM

Tasha I think you read Baby Teeth already. I could swear it was one of your recommendations?

Tasha J February 23, 2019 at 2:51 PM

Not me. It’s on by tbr though!

Amy February 23, 2019 at 2:52 PM

Oh, he’s beyond creepy. He’s mean and calculating, but he only lets her see it. And her husband is completely oblivious to it all which is why you can feel her frustration and fear.

If you’re going to watch it, avoid spoilers about the ending.

Maryse February 23, 2019 at 2:52 PM

Tasha I give it 4 stars (but an easy 4 stars). Well worth the read because you’ll be wondering a few things the whole way through. And there’s just nothing creepier than a kid with an evil streak… trying to figure out the WHY and OMG how can a 6 year old even think that way??!! GASP!!

Fun fun fun! In books. ONLY ever in books. *sideeyes any creepy kids watching me right now*

Amy February 23, 2019 at 2:53 PM

And hey, since Tasha’s here and we both loved Everything You Want Me to Be…Maryse, did you ever read it? I thought I remember you saying you were going to…

Amy February 23, 2019 at 2:54 PM

*pictures Village of the Damned kids watching Maryse*

Maryse February 23, 2019 at 3:23 PM

Amy YES!!! I have that one in print form on my night stand. The only issue is light at night… I need to get a book light so I can read it even when my lights are dim.

I CAN’T WAIT!!! I read the prologue and it was AMAZING.

Tasha J February 23, 2019 at 3:47 PM

I’ve been wondering if you read that one too. Print books are next to impossible for me to read anymore. Sometimes, I’ll get motivated and really into it, then I can’t finish before dark or something comes up and I just can’t do it again. I’ll jump right back on my kindle looking for something else to read because it’s just easier and more comfortable to me now.

Maryse February 23, 2019 at 4:03 PM
Jan February 23, 2019 at 6:23 PM

*shudders at thought of Baby Teeth and creepy little kids* You won’t catch me touching that one with a ten-foot-pole. Ha ha ha.

Michelle I think I tried Bk 1 of that Macgregors series once and it didn’t grab me. Maybe I need to go back for a second look. Thanks for the rec :D

Jan February 23, 2019 at 8:59 PM

Hmm. I had a look just now, Michelle, and I see I bought Laird in the Mist way back in 2016, but I don’t even seem to have started it at all. It doesn’t seem familiar, so maybe I didn’t even start it? But it looks pretty good. :D Huh. Just one of those things that got lost on my kindle, I suppose. Thanks for the reminder.

bev February 23, 2019 at 9:04 PM

Locked me and the dog out of the house.
But at least I have my dog.
Call and leave a message for locksmith.
But at least I have my dog.
We wait.
But at least I have my dog.
We wait.
So we walk to pass time.
But at least I have my dog.
I get a coffee and her a bone.
Because at least I have my dog.
Gets colder.
But at least I have my dog.
We hunker down on the porch.
But at least I have my dog.
It starts to rain.
But at least I have my dog.
The wind starts to blow.
But at least I have my…..
My dog isn’t there.
I look around.
She’d left, taking her bone, to find shelter in the shed.
Without me.

bev February 23, 2019 at 9:10 PM

Children and butchers make any scary or suspenseful story ten times more so.

Leslie M February 23, 2019 at 10:38 PM

Bev, did you get back in the house??

Butcher??? Def creepy. All those knives and blood on their aprons.

Maryse February 23, 2019 at 11:36 PM

LOL bev!

At least you have a smart dog! ;) :P

Tasha J February 24, 2019 at 9:17 AM

I stopped watching Glee. It’s 2 episodes until Cory’s episode and for some reason, I thought it would be more towards the end. And, I knew all about his death a long time ago, but I wasn’t attached to a character or anything. So, now I can’t face it.
And now I’ve started Hart of Dixie, even though I know it was cancelled. I’m actually really liking it!

bev February 24, 2019 at 10:04 AM

I really liked Hart of Dixie. Really great friendships. And they wrapped everything up, no abrupt ending.

Tasha J February 24, 2019 at 11:01 AM

Oh thank goodness! I was hoping it wouldn’t disappoint me in the end.

Tasha J February 24, 2019 at 11:20 AM

Also, I did try Romance is a Bonus Book, but I couldn’t get into it. Might be a mood thing. *shrug*

bev February 24, 2019 at 11:42 AM

Tessa I’m not going to be able to choose your pick for me book this month. LOL.
I just cant do it. I peeked in and all those new names……
Yes I get how odd this is.

I’m 100% going to finish Lake Silence this week.

So does any one want to pick a book off my shelf here just for fun?

bev February 24, 2019 at 11:44 AM

Or even my 1st pick for me shelf. Never stayed with it because if the great slump.

Tessa February 24, 2019 at 12:12 PM

I keep trying with Caravel but it just is so not catching me. I’ve no idea why, as I’ve been in the mood for that type of book, but it doesn’t catch me at all.

Tessa February 24, 2019 at 12:15 PM

lol And no one seems to know the books I put on my PFM list. Though, I’d point out that James Patterson isn’t exactly an unknown author. lol

Tessa February 24, 2019 at 12:19 PM

Oh! And for those who like humorous reverse harems, Heart Hassle trilogy by Raven Kennedy (or in my head, Cupidity series) was awesome. I’m thinking I underscored it at 4* because I didn’t forget the series at all, and I was giggling through the whole thing. She has HORRIBLE names for sex and vaginas, but it’s who she is, not to be cool, but to be totally awkward. :) The series is complete and had a little Valentines bonus novella that had me smiling HUGE.

bev February 24, 2019 at 1:04 PM

Then drop it. I need to do this more often. When it feels like a chore just let it go.

Tasha, well you tried it. Still in love with it. My bright spot.
I watched the first season of Glee, or maybe just part of it. But it always felt cold to me. Just never got into it.

Leslie M February 24, 2019 at 5:50 PM

Bev, you have never read Easy?? I totally pick that for you. When you are in mood for the indie/college romances, you got to read it.

Leslie M February 24, 2019 at 5:56 PM

I haven’t heard of Heart of Dixie…got to check it out.

Tasha, Cory’s death was so awful. It’s one thing when a fictional character dies but when he dies in real life and you know those actors aren’t acting and really grieving…so sad. I had huge crush on Fin. Plus I also adore Lea Michelle, Chris Colfer and Darren Cris. So I watched til the end and loved it.

JR February 24, 2019 at 7:05 PM

I’m finally starting Faking It by K. Bromberg. Has anyone read it? Lots of good ones above – I put several of Ashley’s on my TBR list – thanks for the recs!

bev February 24, 2019 at 7:23 PM

Okey Dokey Easy it is for March.
I started it back in the day but squirrel. That was when wanting to read too much got in my away instead of reading slumps.

Hart of Dixie is really bright and charming. Fun fashion, nice set, eccentric town and pretty good music.
Just be warned if you watch it you will be jealous that your best friend is not Mayor Levon Hayes.

The Fug Girls did fun recaps but starts at ep 3. Actually how I discovered the show after it had finished. Its snarky but they end up loving the show that does get better as it goes along.
