While I’m very excited for a few of these below, my fellow readers have reminded me to return to my “roots” (er… my TBR list from a few weeks ago). LOL! Stupid me and my *squirreling*.
But I can’t help it! These new releases/recommendations make me squirrely!
Yep. I’m a book addict and it would seem I simply can’t be disciplined in my book choices and TBR lists. It would seem no matter how many TBR lists I make, and no matter how many times I edit ’em, I still don’t abide by them. I try to boss myself around and I just won’t listen to me. LOL!! Maybe I need a book Dom? *giggle* (P.S. There’s one below that makes me wanna read him SO BAD!! See? Total squirrel). No worries, I shall continue to make my TBR lists (and let y’all in on ’em) ’cause I’m a list-addict, as well as a book-addict and I know you guys suffer (and delight) in this addiction too. Your TBR lists are just as bad. You get me.
Okay so today what does my reading list look like? I made you guys promise to keep me on track and give Accidentally on Purpose a go (since a few of you here went nuts reminiscing about it on Tuesday’s list). I know it’s up my alley, so who knows what I’m waiting for. Especially since I hear he’s seems pretty unredeemable. Edge of the Enforcer <— that’s the Dom that I wanna get to know. I like ’em bossy and this one sounds especially so (as well, all mercenary’s should be) ;). Plus, she’s supposedly not in the “lifestyle” and I love when that happens. CARNAGE ’cause I’m suddenly hearing a bunch about this one (some intense, excited recommendations), and it’s not even a new release and Monster in His Eyes ’cause hello!?? What the heck am I waiting for. I KNOW i’ll love it. *shakes head*
And… of course I’ve noted a ton more that are pulling me in (and/or have pulled others in). LOTS to choose from and a bunch of “new-to-us” releases!
Oh… and the pre-orders. I already have May 26th booked-up with a release that I feel I must read!! But there’s also —->Point of No Return (The Kathleen Turner Series #5) releasing on TUESDAY!!! <— Yep. I just heard some serious *squeeeeeeing* (and I need to continue reading this series).
P.S. Let me know if I’m missing any or if you loved any (from this list or elsewhere).
NOTE: bargain priced when I added them, but prices can change on Amazon, so make sure to check before you finalize your order.
Todays latest reader recommendations and bargain ebook finds:
- The Probability of Violet and Luke by Jessica Sorensen <— JUST RELEASED!!
Edge of the Enforcer (Doms of Dark Haven) by Cherise Sinclair <—- JUST RELEASED!!!! I love this author’s Doms, and while this one’s not bargain priced, it definitely is worth mentioning ’cause I know a bunch of us are avid fans! 😀 YAY Doms and their broodiness and moodiness and no-nonsense-ness… 😛 and YAY for their hidden sweet hearts! “A security specialist and occasional mercenary, deVries needs an adorable submissive like a knife to the gut. Hell, she’s not even a masochist. But here she is, all big brown eyes and sweet body and sassy mouth. Loyal. Tough-minded. Honest. Or maybe not, considering her ID is forged. If she thinks to lie to him, she’ll learn better. He’s the Enforcer of Dark Haven—his discipline is absolute, his punishments harsh, and his heart untouched…until now.” <— *eeeeeeep* YAY ME!!!
- Pretty Instinct (A New Adult/Erotic Romance) by S.E. Hall <— JUST RELEASED!!! I think this is a rock star book… Toski says: “I got an Advanced copy of this one, it’s FANTASTIC. Rocker love story like any other I’ve read. SO SO SO Good.”
- The Fight for Us by Elizabeth Finn <— JUST RELEASED and it’s got a unique premise. They meet because her teenage daughter is bullying his teenage daughter.
- Tamed (Dark Protectors) by Rebecca Zanetti <— JUST RELEASED!!!
CARNAGE: Book #1 The Story Of Us by Lesley Jones <— I noticed this one floating on my Facebook wall, saw it’s a few months old and has a great number of 5-star reviews (with barely any under that) and then Kasey just sent me a message saying: “Oh gosh I just finished Carnage by Lesley Jones. It’s a 10 stars if possible. You will laugh, scream, and cry like an ugly baby. I have never been so gutted by a book. I would say it just hit my all time favorite book so far of 2014. And that’s saying a lot since I read 5-10 books a week. I don’t want you to miss out on this experience of a book!!!” <— MINE!!!!!! I don’t even know what it’s about really, ’cause I just skimmed it on curiosity but I gotta try it! Anything with a title like that has got to rip out my heart!
- Accidentally on Purpose by L.D. Davis <— This is on sale right now and I’m thinking of finally diving into this series. I hear he’s pretty unredeemable (at least… at first) and I can’t wait to experience that!
- Within Temptation (Sons Of Temptation Standalone Trilogy) by Tanya Holmes <— Here’s another super-recent release that I missed, and also has a unique premise. She realizes she may have helped put an innocent man in prison. Her best friend.
- Renegade Reject (Renegade Sons MC) by Emily Minton, Dawn Martens <— BIKER BOOK ALERT!!! And this one too, has just recently been released and I missed it the first time around. I love Fridays! It’s like “catch up” day.
My Clarity: (Stand-Alone) by M.Clarke <— recently released and this one too… sounds like it good be angsty. Getting over the death of her father as she starts college and… “... she discovers that her roommate isn’t quite the person she had imagined. Smoking, tattoos, and street racing for fast cash are Elijah’s only interests. A harsh life has made him apathetic and indifferent, until Alexandria enters his life. When their paths cross, turmoil abounds.” <— turmoil huh? Yep. I like that.
- Veiled Innocence by Ella Frank <— Student-teacher romance that had all of that angsty *eeeep-factor!!* Nancy found out it’s on sale today. 😀 (here’s my review)
- Look After You by Elena Matthews <— Nancy found us another super-sale! This is the angsty one that I just read a few days ago, and it’s on sale. (The one where she has a very premature baby, her fiancé is fighting overseas, and in her loneliness and sadness, she forges a bond with her preemie’s doctor). Yep. You can imagine. 😉 Here’s my review.
- Perfectly Damaged by E.L. Montes <— This is the one about the schizophrenic woman and the man that falls for her… Louise just read it and recommends it. “So I finished Perfectly Damaged and as I promised I will tell you what I thought! It was a well written book and a very beautiful love story. The only think I didn’t like is that I expected it to be more intense according to her “condition”. Anyway I recommend it!“
- Drifting into Darkness by J.M. La Rocca <— Hrmmm… here’s a very recent release that I missed the first time around, but sounds like it’s got that “new adult” angst-factor. “My path led me to work on the Johnson farm in Texas, where I met Landon, the owner’s son. He worked there during the day and raced cars for fun at night. He was a bad boy with a reputation that exceeded my own.“
Get Rocked by Tabatha Vargo <— Kat found us this one! All three of her “Blowhole Boys” books in one! and Kat says: “Read the first book and really enjoyed it. It has a dark hint & two troubled people. Great price for 3 books.“
- My Dear Stranger by Sarah Ann Walker <— recent release that is HIGHLY recommended by Janet: “Just finished My Dear Stranger by Sarah Ann Walker. If you’re up for a good mind f**king you need to read this. It’s a slow build lulling you into thinking it will be predictable, but there is nothing predictable about it. 5++++ stars. Brilliant” <— I just read the synopsis and while I have no clue what I’m in for…. it sounds like darkish-read fun. 😀
- Tainted (Torn Series #3) by K.A. Robinson <— not a standalone, but Stephanie found this one for us on sale! GORGEOUS cover and I’m curious about #1 & #2 (but I won’d read this one’s blurb so I don’t spoil the first ones).
- Entice (Eagle Elite #3) by Rachel Van Dyken <— MAFIA ALERT!! and Stephanie found us this book #3!! Just released but I can’t read the blurb, ’cause it’s #3, potential spoilers etc… you know the drill. 😉
- Pretty Little Things by Teresa Mummert <— Stephanie found out that a bunch of this author’s ebooks were on sale right now! Like this one… (and her Honor series and a few more <— here are her various book titles and many already bargain priced)
- Monster in His Eyes by J.M. Darhower <— YES YES YES!!! I have to get back to my crazy-awesome TBR list from a few weeks ago. THIS ONE! Especially after Sarah reminds me: “Have you read Monster In His Eyes by J.M. Darhower? I’m about halfway through. Cannot put it down. Amazing.” and Lori agrees: “Loved it!! One of my favorites!” *stupid me and my squirreling* 😉
- Changing Course (Wrecked and Ruined) by Aly Martinez <— And here’s another I squirreled from but that I wanna read SO bad. I already one-clicked it, but Aimee found it for us on sale again! “Changing Course by Aly Martinez — know many have enjoyed in the past.” Lots of great reviews on this one and it totally gave me a blurb jolt. “But what happens when your past haunts your present, and the woman you used to love refuses to accept the woman you can’t live without?” And no, I don’t think she’s a ghost. Wow this one sounds tumultuous!
- Asher (Inked Brotherhood) by Jo Raven <— Just recently released, and she’s starting college and… “the past won’t let go. Asher is here—her first kiss, her first heartbreak. More handsome and distant than ever, he’s still the boy who used to be her best friend. That was before he changed into someone she hardly knows anymore—the boy who started getting into fights and gave her the cold shoulder for years.” Hrmm… well, it’s a similar blurb to many… however if done right, cold shoulders can be angsty.
- Ashley’s Bend: A Celtic Knot Novel (Celtic Knot Novels) by Cassy Roop <— very recent release and plenty of good reviews so far (skimming ’em I see a 5-star one even says “so much detail” and I personally love that!!!). Newly single (bad husband!!) and she erroneously? ends up in a BDSM club with friends. And the Dom owner notices her…
A Life Less Broken by Margaret McHeyzer <— Very recent release (Doctor-patient romance??) “On a day like any other, Allyn Sommers went off to work, not knowing that her life was about to be irrevocably and horrifically altered. Three years later, Allyn is still a prisoner in her own home held captive by harrowing fear. Broken and damaged, Allyn seeks help from someone that fate brought her.“
- Take A Chance (Running Into Love) by Annalisa Nicole <— Oh this one sounds like a tearjerker (and is definitely bargain priced!). It’s an older one from last year and he’s grieving the loss of his wife, and she’s going through chemotherapy. And they accidentally run into each other… become friends.
Sinners MC Boxed Set by Bella Jewel <— BIKER BOOK BUNDLE!!! expected release date May 19th!! Kat found us this super deal ” for a limited time, you can get all three books, the xmas novella and a BONUS 10,000 words!” and Nancy says: “This is really a good deal, & I’ve bought & read them all.” and Paulette agrees: “So have I Nancy and enjoyed them”
- Bang (Black Lotus #1) (The Black Lotus Series) by E.K. Blair <— I can’t quite tell what this one’s gonna be apart, other than she sounds pretty angry and vengeful. Or something along those lines. Love that cover, and I’m intrigued and it’ll be out May 19th! That’s soon.

He will soon become my everything. There’s only one problem with that. He’s not mine to have.” <— Ruh roh!!! Yah. I think I’m gonna read this. THAT DAY.

She’s pretty and popular (and feels like she’s dying inside) and he’s scarred, tattooed and can’t speak (and everyone fears him)… “They don’t know what’s hidden beneath the scars. Beneath the piercings and tattoos. Beneath the silence. Maybe if they did they wouldn’t fear me so much. Then again, maybe they’d fear me more.” <— yep. I wanna read this. Expected release December 23rd 2014
- Jaden (book #3) by Tijan <— “I’m going to find out who did this to me and I’m going to make them pay. I don’t care who will get hurt in the process.” expected release date December 30th 2014
What are you currently reading?
Yay me! I saw this before I running out for errands. *happy dance* So many one-clicks for me from above, but I’m thinking I will start Tethered since it is attached to the AOP series. I’m even tempted to re-read AOP, which I *rarely* do. But you already know how I feel about that series. 😉
Oh! I’m so excited about my latest find, Maryse! You have Clinique Black Honey Almost Lipstick, right? My lord, it’s amazing. Anyhow, I was at Sephora yesterday and there is a Clinique Black Honey collection! How did I miss that before?!? I picked up the BH Superbalm Moisturizing Gloss (seriously beautiful and not too goopy) and the BH Brush-On Cream Liner. OMG!!! The liner is *stunning*, and I think I love the gloss as much as the lipstick! I didn’t get the BH polish because I have dupes of it, but it is a pretty, vampy burgundy. You have to check those out!
Happy reading, ladies! *snort/snicker* Maryse needs a Dom, LOL!!! 😛
First off, Monster in his eyes was Omg good. I read it and it’s intense. I had one complaint, but won’t say what due to spoilerage. It ends in a cliff hanger and I think my complaint will feel better after the second book… I think?
Cherise Sinclair, sexy doms? Ooooh. Maybe a new author discovery! 😀
Oh, I get you Maryse! TBR shifts constantly! A book Dom?!? Where do I sign up? Lol. Yes, we are all suffering from our addiction……. but it’s not really suffering right
Oh and yeah , swore I wouldn’t buy any new books today…… So much for that promise to myself!
I have thoroughly enjoyed both of the books in the Renegade Sons MC series. The first one Renegade Lady and this new release. Both were 4** for me.
Amy! Yes I sure do have Black Honey, and love it. It doesn’t stay on long but maybe with that liner, it’ll help give it something to stick to. Yay for the discovery.
I just bought a new polish! Gonna try it tonight. Illamasqua’s “Lament” which is an orangey pink (bright-ish coral). LOVE it ’cause it would seem I’m stuck on that color these days, clothes-wise. 😀 ahhhhh Sephora ‘no me are bff’s.
Sara, I’m not reading anything yet (apparently wasn’t ready to move in from “Loving Mr. Daniels” but once I get home tonight I’m gonna start one and probably from that mini-list I posted above. What one are you reading?
I agree you must read Carnage it is on my top of 2014 and I only have about 4 book on this list so far! It has it all to me it played out like a movie in my head. It is set in the UK so the slang threw me off a bit but I have a book buddy in the UK and she helped me. The title fits the story it is absolutely amazing.
Have the tissues handy!
Yah you guys! I’ve read a few from Cherise Sinclair’s “Masters of the Shadowlands” (which is her other BDSM club series) and they’re guilty pleasure. At times a bit goofy in terms of scenes but I still like ’em and she has a ton of BDSM-reader fans.
I haven’t read any from this new series (and I have a feeling it might be a bit darker, even) which I love. And I *think* they can be read as standalones! which I hope ’cause that blurb looks toooooo good!
Sixth Grave on the Edge by Darynda Jones also releases on the 20th. 🙂 love love love these books. Especially since it is book number 6 and she is still keeping the series going well. It isn’t the same thing over and over like some series can become.
Thanks for the recs, Tessa, Shanda and Shannon!! 😀
I’m thinking of Carnage for tonight. I gotta see what this one’s about.
But then again… I doooooo love JM Darhower! She’s a sure thing!
Jean… It’s the good kind of suffering. 😉
Oh Katie… Everyone I know that has read that series LOVES it like crazy. I gotta read it. I hear it’s super funny (am I right)? Thanks for that update.
Yes, Charley is a great female character and sooo crazy and funny. It is a great storyline and the author keeps it moving and not just the same stuff written differently.
The Addicted Series by Krista &Becca Ritchie! I’ve read each 3 times! I would love to see your reviews and reaction! Please. Please. Please. Make these a priority on your TBR!
I LOVE that series too!!! Charley is the best and Reyes is amazing. I usually don’t like paranormal, but it’s lightly paranormal LOL, another series with an incredible book 4
Idk why but I couldn’t really get into Accidentally on Purpose. I bought all of the books bundled a while back & started & stopped half a dozen times.
I’m trying to rebuild my TBR list for the beach next week. It WAS pretty long but I made a huge dent in it during the Feb snowstorm. And again when I HAD to stay home for a wk in April (chemical peel…looked like an extra on The Walking Dead). So…..1-clicking away!!!!
LOL, Lauren!! Please don’t take this the wrong way, but that’s freaking awesome!! 😛 Oh lord, I think you beat my last Brazilian experience! *hee hee*
Maryse, it’s actually a cream liner for eyes in a little pot with a brush, but now you gave me the idea to try it on my lips with the gloss. I’ll let you know how that works out. 😉 Something tells me it will look crazy pretty.
And what is this I’m hearing about Carnage?? Looks like I might just be flip-flopping again for tonight’s read…
Oh, and that Lament polish is soooo pretty! I have a purse and a couple of tops in that color, so I get lovin’ it so much. So summery!!
I just finished reading the Kathleen Turner series up to #4. I can’t wait for Tuesday when book 5 comes out! I was happily swept away with this series and loved each one. It’s one of those ones that I don’t want it to end! Maryse how about a new list of best love triangles!?!? This would be near the top I think! ….Also, I started The Fae Chronicles …couldn’t wait any longer! I’m diving in!
Do you need to have read all of the previous Mountain Mater series to read The Edge Of The Enforcer? I cannot keep up with my TBR. I seem to add books hourly!
No offense taken, Amy. I looked hideous. You know, I don’t embarrass easily & don’t much care about what people think or say about me but…..my kids actually begged me not to leave the house. At least until the scabs went away. And the oozing stopped. But hey, end result….totally worth it!! Also, FYI….the new K. Bromberg book is also in the Bend anthology which is $.99 (when I bought last wk) AND you get 5-6 other books as well.
Maryse – I cannot wait to see if you review Monster in His Eyes. I know how I rate it but want to see what you think! I told a friend of mine at work today that we are separated book twins so this may be the official “DNA” test
Lauren, Im with you, Accidentally On Purpose was just ok but I did finish it. Tethered was great! A great story, characters and so full of angst! I couldnt put it down. I highly recommend it. Maryse, Monster In His Eyes was sooo good!! I cant wait till the next book comes out.
Gah!!! Monster in his Eyes or Carnage? What to chooooooose??
Ahhhhh yes and the Addicted Series. I have a friend that just made me promise to read that series, too. *paces*
Melissa… I’m not sure. I have a feeling the various characters show up in the different books (so if you start from beginning you get to know ’em book by book), but I bet she writes them each as standalones (with a new couple for each one).
Ashley!!! WE are book twins?? Oh em geeeee YES PLEASE!! I always wanted a twin. 😀 I’ll happily take a book twin!
Monster in his eyes!! Still have a book hangover. Naz is just Ugh! Must read. I am off to read me some paranormal with Rebecca Zanetti. Then Cherise, love her books.
Ewwww, Lauren! That’s so gross yet so hilarious at the same time, LOL!
That’s too bad about the AOP series striking out with some of you. 🙁 I’m beginning to think I’m an anomaly around here, lol. I read Look After You and Tempt My Heart but didn’t connect or feel much for them like so many others did, and yet I love AOP while others are not too thrilled with it. Hmmmm…guess I’m the oddball around here. No freaking comments, peanut gallery. 😉
The Addicted series…is that the one by Krista and Beccie Ritchie? I know *that* one looks really good. Happy reading, ladies!
Maryse are you going to review/give us your thoughts on J.R Wards new book The King ?
I think Jean and I are the peanut gallery? We need some extra peanuts. 😉 Tee hee!!
Lauren, soooo… I’d love to hear about the results of the peel. What happened once it healed? What does it look like after zombie-mode? Does it hurt (or did it just look bad for a bit)?
Loved Monster in His Eyes! I’m still in book hangover from finishing it thus week. Now I can’t decide between Loving Mr Daniels or Carnage. I hear Carnage has some editing issues but is “Thoughtless” like – which is a big plus!
Lol Maryse! So what did you end up reading last night? I have to tell you I am reading the 3rd book of Scott Hildreth’s Fighter Erotic series, Unleashed. and it is AWESOME! Every book in the series just gets better and better! And there is something about a male author’s writing….it is just so good! I highly recommend the whole series! Add it to your ever growing TBR!
I just finished Archer’s Voice. Yep, there were real tears with the almost ending. Loved it! What do I read after that? I need uber angsty right now. Help!
Hi,
Taint by SL Jennings will be released next week – 20th I think
No, no, noooooo! You’ll throw them at me!! *giggle* Then again, I do tend to say things and give you guys good reason to. 😛
1/4 the way through Carnage this morning and can’t put it down!
Okay I’m trying out Carnage. It starts off when she’s eleven and meets the teenage boy that’s probably gonna end up “carnaging” her heart later. 😉 LOL. Mind you, I’m not 100% “in” yet ’cause I don’t quite get the appeal of this eleven year old, and she thinks like a 16 year old, so I’m wishing she was that age, at least. We’ll see. The writing (or her thoughts) are kind of erratic and run-on sentence-y, too, but that may just be the “eleven year old feel” to her.
All I know is that at 11, I definitely did not have any of the thoughts (or er… physique) that she had, so I’m having a hard time relating. Hope I feel it soon.
Okay, not far into it at all, but I’m gonna hold off for a bit while I try Monster. Ill try it again in a few ’cause wow the reviews are pretty excited but I’m having a hard time connecting to the writing style…
Now on to “Monster In His Eyes” for me. 🙂
P.S. Darn. Now I just saw Julie’s comment about Carnage up there and she’s a quarter in and loving it. Am I skipping out to quickly do you think?
I right there with you on Carnage. In my head I had to age her up to 16 and go from there. Plus I gad heard the book was not well edited so I was prepared going it. I’m at 42% and loving it – very angsty!
But, with all that – go read Monster in His Eyes bc I loved it too!
Maryse,
Please, don’t give up on Carnage.
I loved Accidentally on Purpose. I recommended it to a friend who has liked the same books as me, but she wasn’t crazy about it either. I didn’t like the follow up, Worthy of Redemption. Also started Carnage and couldn’t get into it. Last book I read was Loving Me. Daniels, now I’m in a book slump! Been thinking about re-reading How to Kill a Rock Star. One of my all time favorites.
Could not get into the AOP series so read Eversea series. I LOVED movie star Jack!!! So got me out of my book rut!!! Now debating about Carnage and Monster in His Eyes. Read Carnage has a book 2 because so many were not “happy” with the way it ended?! That scares me! Have to decide if want to read Monster now knowing it ends in a cliffhanger and I have to wait till fall for book 2. Maybe I’ll just read Sweet, Filthy Boy…
Meghan- The Addicted Series sounds interesting! Though lots of books in that series and still not finished! Hmmm….
Cheryl – still read Monster in His Eyes. The cliffhanger is not a huge one (just a medium one) LOL. You will not be disappointed.
Okay I haven’t given up on Carnage yet. The writing is definitely still “flighty” and the run-on sentences make me lose my breath (LOL!! – even though I’m reading in my head). 😉 But the reviews are pretty much all “MUST READ IT sooooooooo good, favorite of 2014 etc etc…” and the less than stellar reviews I’ve skimmed ’cause it seems their “upset” is in a certain part of the storyline, so I don’t want to spoil it for myself.
Ashley- LOL, medium huh. 😉 Tempting….
I just finished Pretty Instinct by SE Hall, and wow! I loved every minute of it. I cried my eyes out, mostly happy tears, bittersweet tears, but I’m a mess after this book. 5 star read for sure!
Finish Monster !! A must read. He is so alpha but you will love his mystery.
Oh being so alpha is the best part if you ask me. 😉
Oh maryse, you have to finish carnage. Soooo good. Just make sure at the end you have a box of tissues with you. The trauma stays with you. It’s a really beautiful story. Featuring a rock star and a musical family. It’s a must read. If there’s a sequel I’m reading it.
Okay I’m half way through. 🙂 It’s been a slow-go for me so far (’cause I’ve been starting & stopping) but I have a feeling the 2nd half is gonna blow me away, considering so many of the reactions to it. Here I go…
Oh and maryse I feel this is far better than monster !,! Once you get into it about 50% you can’t put down.
I finished Carnage. TBH, I’m not sure how I feel about it. Even with the ages off & the editing issues, it consumed me. I thought I knew where it was going but then I didn’t. And, then there was the ending, which kept it from being 5 star for me. But I know I’ll be reading the sequel as soon as it’s released.
Now I think I need something lighter to read next – Frenched, All Lined Up, Nowhere But Here, Room For You? Or dive into Loving Mr. Daniels?
Julie I just finished and I just told my husband exactly what you said.
I’m good for Frenched if you wanna read it with me? I haven’t read that one yet and boy do I need something like that…
Ok Maryse, Frenched it is! I’m starting it tonight!
So, not wanting spoilers here, but is the ending of Carnage heavy, emotional, cliffhangery, frustrating? I’ve avoided the reviews and all because of possible spoilers, but I would like to know what I’m getting into. I’m about 70% into a book that is going to make me ugly cry here shortly, and I don’t want to jump into another one right away that might work me over as well. And I am *not* in the mood to end up going on a tirade either if it pisses me off. 😉
Amy… I’m just gonna say I blew an “emotional fuse”. 😉 I gotta get it replaced now. 😛
Ok – I bit the bullet and spent the $$$ for the Dark Hunters collection based on recommendations. My only foray into paranormal so far has been The Black Dagger Brotherhood series, Twilight, and a few Molly Harper books. This so far seems very different but I am hopeful I will like it too! Y’all tell me I made a good decision…..( but who of us book lovers can pass up 23 books for 19.99?!?!? ). That is like .87 cents a book
Alrighty then…Carnage will have to wait a few days for me. I need at least one “light” book before I put myself through that again. I’m off to drink some Merlot, snuggle my manatee and ugly cry. It’s all about preparation. 😉
Any what are you reading? Maryse, I read Frenched and it was a nice easy sweet read!
Ashley, whaaaaaaaaaat?!?
*Amy…. damn auto correct
Jean, I’m reading Falling to Pieces by Jamie Canosa. It’s set in high school, but I’m still in a high school mind frame after Loving Mr. Daniels so that’s okay. 😉 It’s good, maybe 3 to 3.5 stars? But it’s pulverizing my heart right now!
I wish I could “like” your comment, Ashley. LOL! So consider this a “like” 😉
Yay for Frenched, then!! 😀 I need it.
I finished Frenched and loved it! Sweet, sexy, fluffy fun – just what I needed!
Just finished Sweet, Filthy Boy and it was a laugh out loud, sweet, with some angst book! Definitely recommend it between all the angst! 😉
Also, I have read All Lined Up and it was a sweet, good read too! Not funny/steamy like Sweet, Filthy Boy though! 🙂
