<— Tee hee!!! This one is making waves my friends. BIG love for it is coming in droves, and cliffhanger or not, our fellow readers are titillated! My review will be up shortly. ;) But for those needing immediate book-therapy, a reader has already created a spoiler post for it in our “talk forum”:

Kelly: Just finished. Arggg. Hate that I love a good clffie!

Ela: WTF???? Had to create a spoiler thread on your page Maryse…..

And in the meantime… we’ve got plenty more awesome recommendations and new releases and bargain finds below!

P.S. Let me know if I’m missing any or if you loved any (from this list or elsewhere).

P.P.S. Also, while these bargain finds and new releases “look” great (and/or have awesome reviews and recommendations), unless I have my own personal review link next to it, I likely haven’t read it myself… I just found it and wanted to share it in case it’s awesome. So if you read it, let me know if it’s awesome. LOL! :D

NOTE: bargain priced when I added them, but prices can change on Amazon, so make sure to check before you finalize your order.

Today’s latest reader recommendations and bargain ebook finds:

  • Never Never by Colleen Hoover & Tarryn Fisher <— JUST RELEASED!!!!! Rocking worlds! :D Look at those reviews!!!
  • Neurotica by Eliza Gordon is on sale!! Nancy found it for us. :)
  • Dark Witch (The Cousins O’Dwyer Trilogy, Book 1) by Nora Roberts <— paranormal super-bargain by an awesome author!!!
  • A Breath Of Snow And Ashes (Outlander, Book 6) by Diana Gabaldon <— sale priced and it’s almost 1000 pages. One of my favorite series!!!

  • Revealed: Book 4 of the Consequences series by Aleatha Romig <— First time ever has it been put on SUPER-SALE!!!
  • Frayed Rope (The Ugly Roses Book 1) by Harlow Stone <— JUST RELEASED and an interesting premise… sounds DARK. She was kidnapped but then released? “A changed name, a different Country, a new life. Carte Blanche, right? Perhaps, and I might have even enjoyed it if I didn’t believe that there is a man out there, still hell bent on killing me. So I lay low, and I don’t speak much. I keep to myself and I stay in the shadows.
  • King’s (The King Trilogy, Book 1) by Mimi Jean Pamfiloff <— A recommendation by Aimee: “PHEW!! Just finished King’s by Mimi Jean Pamfiloff last night and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised…. I ended up forfeiting sleep to finish last night and definitely worth the sacrifice. Would recommend to others and look forward to continuing this series to see how it progresses.”
  • You: A Novel by Caroline Kepnes <— This fun creepiest is still on super-sale!!! Dark romance… but umm… I dunno if we can call it romance. A love story? Eeeeeep!!! (Here’s my review) And Cristiane is loving it: “Maryse , Im reading the most unusual book ever, but so good.It was recommended to me by M.Pierce. The name is YOU by Caroline Kepnes. Awesome crazy and well written…
  • Step Brother by Jayna King <— Well the title says it all, ;) but just in case… maybe this will make you giggle: “A one night stand of mind-blowing sex – that was all it was supposed to be. The only problem? I just found out he’s my new stepbrother.” *whooooops!!!*
  • Left Drowning by Jessica Park <— One I LOVED that is on super-sale. Fantastic angsty read with a cool twist. Here’s my review.
  • Ignite: A Devil Chaser’s MC Romance by L Wilder <—  BIKER BOOK ALERT! Carrie enjoyed this one! “ i am loving it! it’s a “light” MC romance & those are my favorite!”
  • Wasted Love: A Brooklyn Novel (The Brooklyn Series Book 1) by Danielle Jamie <— Tabby recommends it! She says: “Completely engulfed in two different books at the moment. Wasted Love and Tempt my Heart both by Danielle Jamie. Hotness overload!” a bit from the blurb: “Throw in a bad boy rocker and a sweet Aussie and I find myself going from a simple, carefree life to a full-blown love square. It’s going to be dramatic. But hey, what’s life without a little drama?
  • Tempt My Heart: A Brittan McKenna Story by Danielle Jamie <— Her fiance died while serving the military… “Eight years marks the anniversary of Cane’s death when Brittan sets eyes upon Jordon; a guitarist whose shrouded in mystery and a world class bad boy for her bands opening act, Tempting Tomorrow. Will he have that spark to set Brittan’s heart a light? After swearing off love will Brittan allow herself to feel again after years of trying anything to numb her pain and heartache?”
  • Hitched by Karpov Kinrade <— Sounds so good “He called me “wife.” This man standing naked in front of me. Tall. Dark. Sexy as sin… He’s my husband? Disjointed images from the night before, the night I can’t entirely remember, float into my mind. Meeting him in the bar. Sharing tidbits of our lives.” and Crystal recommends it: “Just finished Hitched by Karpov Kinrade, loved it.”
  • Brightest Kind of Darkness: Book 1 by P.T. Michelle <— recommended by Xanthe: “Loving this!!! Love the deep connections and symbolism!”
  • The Scars of Us (Scars Series Book 1) by Nikki Narvaez <— Collette loves this series (I think it’s only book #1 & #2). She says: “Mending Scars book 2 this book series is brilliant deals with a difficult subject in a mature and sensitive way. We watch two people find each other and grow after both experiencing things in life we should not have to. Brilliant writing…”
  • Ghost (Alaska Heat) by Stephanie Rowe <— Torie recommends this one! “I like it because it is keeping me on the edge of my seat” A bad guy is after her! “Mari Walsh moved to the rural wilds of Alaska to rebuild her life after a violent tragedy, but she soon discovers that something even worse is hunting her. Her only chance is to trust the rebellious, sensual man that no one should believe in, especially not her.”

Is King’s (The King Trilogy book 1) a paranormal? Book 1 has been sitting on my TBR list since last May & I’d like to start it but curious about what kind of book it is.

bev January 9, 2015 at 5:56 PM

Should finish current read tonight and then think will start Never Never.

Michelle S January 9, 2015 at 5:56 PM

Lauren – yes, it is…. but it was SOOOOOO good – don’t let that stop you! And I consider it “paranormal” light – very few PN elements.

Tessa January 9, 2015 at 5:59 PM

Lauren, it is a paranormal. Enjoy, because it was a seriously great series.

I got Revealed, and that’s my “Scared” book, because after the first three, the thought of more makes my gut clench in fear.

Amy January 9, 2015 at 7:36 PM

I did it!!!! I didn’t one-click anything, only clicked the samples. Midori martini for me!! :D

This will probably have you guys calling me a perv (pshh, I wear it like a badge of honor ;) ) but you have to Google Jamie Dornan grapes. Just do it. And then see what comes up. LOL!!!

Wait…”what comes up”…BAHAHAHAHA!!

Andrea January 9, 2015 at 7:43 PM

Madeline Sheehan and Claire C. Riley have a book coming out January 12th I believe. It is Thicker Than Blood.

So i’ve always come to your blog for my next read when amazon cant get me interested in any of their recommendation which usually arent too bad but i came across a really good series that i dont think i saw on your blog and that you absolutely HAVE to read. Its such a great series but its dark, its a long drug out road to this happiness that i know is coming but anyway check it out youll be so glad!!

The Life of Anna by Marissa honeycott =] happy readings!

bev January 9, 2015 at 11:11 PM

Too many books. In the middle of one just down loaded Never Never and Neurotica, won Jacked, went by library for Heart of the West (re read yay!) and Hopeless ( odd to hold an actual Hoover book).
Love having a pile of books. :-)

Julie January 10, 2015 at 8:37 AM

Loved Never Never although it reads like half a book – very short. But I still would call it a five star read from the fact I couldn’t put it down and it was so intriguing and unique. I’ve read Hitched and it was cute. I think I have Left Drowning and am not sure why I haven’t read it yet. Think I’m going to start the sequel Harder.

donna tanner January 10, 2015 at 11:21 AM

Just finish Carnage… I am heartbroken

bev January 10, 2015 at 12:26 PM

Feed by Mira Grant is on sale. I have been curious about this one for awhile.

Amy January 10, 2015 at 12:42 PM

I just checked out The Life of Anna, and it’s free right now. :D Looks good, Sarah!

*Hugs* Donna. That part was kinda rough, huh?

Amy January 10, 2015 at 12:52 PM

Oooooh, zombies!!! Let us know what you think of it, Bev.

Tracy January 10, 2015 at 4:29 PM

Another hug coming to you Donna. I feel your pain

donna tanner January 10, 2015 at 6:22 PM

Thank you ladies the hugs and the GRAPES made me feel better! Haha

Cheryl January 10, 2015 at 10:21 PM

Will never look at a bag of grapes the same again. ;)

Amy January 10, 2015 at 11:35 PM

Right, ladies? Wonder how much HIS bag of grapes would cost… *snort*

Julie January 11, 2015 at 2:59 AM

Donna – you have to read Carnage 2! The first Carnage tears your heart out and I think the sequel puts it back together.

Tracy January 11, 2015 at 9:20 AM

I agree Julie! I loved both books.

donna tanner January 11, 2015 at 10:31 AM

Thank you Julie and Tracy because I’m in my second day of grieving and I don’t know what to do with myself!

donna tanner January 11, 2015 at 11:39 AM

Oh and keeping with my Carnage theme ” show me your grapes”

Danielle Jamie January 11, 2015 at 2:15 PM

OMG So awesome you shared my books. Tabby is amazing and slightly addicted to Dixon and Jordon lol. Thank you so much for sharing Maryse <3

Amy January 11, 2015 at 4:35 PM

I absolutely love Tempt My Heart and Wasted Love by Danielle Jamie!!!!!!

Sophie Broughton January 11, 2015 at 4:40 PM

I’ve read Danielle Jamies Tempt My Heart…. Awesome!!!
I’m in love with wasted Love, brooklyns series is going to be ace and I can’t wait for book two!!

Fabi January 11, 2015 at 5:06 PM

I just finished Heat. A real oldie for most of you. It was dark. It was non-stop action. It was long. It was great. More than just a checkmark off my tbr.

Not sure how much more I’ll be able to check off my tbr for a while because there are so many new releases that I must read now.

Well, it’ll just have to be one at a time right? My next has to be Golden Son and I may even have to give Red Rising a quick re-read before it.

Fabi January 11, 2015 at 5:17 PM

I just realized that one of my tbrs is completely wiped out. Hurray! Granted, it was my little one. But it still feels great to have it wiped clean. I don’t know why I have such a hang up with large tbrs. It’s only with the already purchased books that I stress about not having read yet. Feels wasteful somehow.

Cheryl January 11, 2015 at 8:51 PM

I loved Tempt My Heart too; also like the new cover vs. the one from when I purchased it last year. I have to read the novella, A Tempting Christmas that was just released this month.

Danielle Jamie January 11, 2015 at 11:51 PM

I am thrilled you love the new cover with Lance Jones I am in love with it to. It fits the story way better than the old one. A Tempting Christmas is amazing I had so much fun writing their first Christmas. I hope you enjoy it and hopefully Maryse will read and fall in love with Jordon and Brittan too <3

bev January 12, 2015 at 7:40 PM

Do you ever look at your tbr knowing you feel like a book but not sure what type? Like everything sounds good but nothing sounds just right? Almost how I feel when deciding on dinner, lol.

Heart of the West a western romance ‘re read.
In the Bleak Midwinter first in a mystery series.
Master of Crows fantasy romance.
Losing Hope
Forever His Baby forgot I had this until I saw Maryse review. Sounds like a solid fun read.
And/ or etc, lol.
