What stands out to me, today? That one up there, to the left (Always With You), absolutely, ’cause book #1 ROCKED MY WORLD!!! DO NOT read the blurb of this one, if you haven’t caught up in the series yet (here’s book #1 ➔ Down to You (A Bad Boys Novel Book 1)), ’cause they must be read in order. 😀 Also, Max (’cause I LOVE famous star books, when he meets that one girl that doesn’t know who he is at all, and he can just be himself… I LOVE the “discovery” part of these love stories and this one sounds perfect!! Plus he’s a hockey goalie. SO…. WOW!!), I Was Here (in the bargains section) ’cause it sounds poignant and stunning (secrets and all that, and I LOVE this author!!), Levi’s Ultimatum (also in the bargain section from back in 2013!!! He sees her (a single mom just trying to make it) and becomes obsessed with her, Jaded Hearts (They are a couple, and both signed to a record label, and it sounds angsty as all heck!!), Becoming a Legend (I LOVE MMA stars, and this one sounds right up my alley!).

Yep authors should always tell us it’s a CH. I don’t like CHs in general as I think it’s a cop out and a rip off, but if an author does go there, at least they can tell us and we can make an informed decision and maybe still buy it anyway. I’m still bitter about the unannounced CH in Mr President and I’m not buying anymore Katy Evans on principle.

from Smooth-Talking Stranger by Lisa Kleyaps. This is book 3 in the CR ‘Travis’ series. A few years old, but I’ve only just discovered it. I’m fluvvin it. Loved Bks 1, 2 and luvvin bk 3 so far. Book 4 has mixed reviews but I’m going to read that too on the strength of these three.

1-clicked Naughty Boss last night – sounded like a fun read. And it was! Quick and easy read. Really liked it.
Been in bed with a fever for the past 24 hours. I swear I used to read more when I was sick. Maybe because they were pb? The screen hurts my eyes after a while.
Really, if there should be one upside to being home sick…..sigh.

Of course, she sent it in that nice Christmas tin all arranged prettty. But I had to pull everything out one by one like a kid on Christmas morning. (Oh, and I didn’t take a picture of the homemade cookies and caramels cause I’m eating those.). But the cookies are the Swedish pepparkakor from The Man I Love. They are so good!
