He lives off the grid!!), When Life Happened (OMG. HECK. YES!!!!!!! I was waiting for this one to finally be released in ebook format, and my wish has come true. It sounds so forbiddeny, and anxiety-inducing, AND it’s Jewel E Ann, so again… but of course!! 😉 ), Way Down Deep (two of my favorite authors teamed up to write this one together. CARA McKENNA anyone??? And Charlotte Stein. Both have such a unique voice, and “go there” in their storytelling. I CANNOT WAIT!!!!), Do Not Become Alarmed (PSYCH-THRILLER just for me!!! Two families go on a vacation together and all of their kids go missing), Mr. Right-Swipe (she goes on a dating website and sees the hot teacher from work, on it), One is a Promise (sounds like a totally angsty love triangle – she’s in love with a bad-ass that is deployed (breaks her heart along the way?? I think so), and then a “suit” comes along – totally not her type, but she falls for him, too), and of course Notice (CREEPY STALKER ALERT!!! He becomes obsessed with her. Even lays under her bed while she sleeps. *shudders*). MINE!!! 😛

Grey: there’s The Tutor… and while I only rated this as 4.25 stars, (which for me, is still an EXCELLENT rating,) I’m thinking I may need to bump my rating up slightly. Because here I am, a month later, and I’m still thinking about it. It’s dark… I had full on pretzel tummy… There’s something about the way K. Larsen writes, that just hooks you and draws you into the world she builds. It’s different this time, more staccato-ish in nature to me at first, but then the methodology behind it sunk in and it totally made sense and vibed with the story. Yeah… Jezebel feels, I had them. …You’ll love The Tutor… And there’s something there at the end… Not a cliffy. But a gift of sorts… *giggle*

Happy Release Day! I need to troll thru the list below to add to my summer read list. The weather has been AWFUL here in upstate NY and I can’t get into summer reading mode when it’s in the 50’s with constant rain.
I tried to read Tampa, but couldn’t get past the beginning. It was just too over the top (and for me, that’s saying a lot). I went in with an open mind – but nope, couldn’t go there.
I am trying to save some goodies on my Kindle for vacation at the beginning of July – so am just going to stick with my re-read of the BDB series (I am on Lover at Last). Should keep me occupied.
I wonder what the record is for number of one-clicks from one list? I may beat that record!! So many awesome choices up there!

You need to read KA’S Honey series girl! I loved the first book. Yes, the h is a Dom, but what she did to the H in that naughty room at the club…..oh boy. Let’s just say it got my attention. The book was not really about the club and sex, it was more about their developing relationship and life. We meet the next H and h, Branch and Evangaline, in the first book and I’m excited to read their story!

Oh, and for the record…I snagged Tampa when it was on sale not long ago, and I’ll be diving in before too long even though I’m freaked out by it.

I like the cover of Dating You Hating You. I think it’s a great cover for a new CR and seems to suit the book so well. I love that it’s a bit different too. I’m a bit sick of the same old same old covers. e.g. faceless ripped torsos or enigmatic hunky guys looking moodily at you, maybe with a cigarette in hand, maybe with a BEARD lol.
OK…so I slept on it…riddle me this, riddle me that kinda sleep but not sleep night…and I came up with theories as to why?!? Not to give anything away…but the TITLE is justified! And sometimes we don’t always see the BIG picture…still kinda sad
Less pissed and definitely will not shelf it…I kinda LIKE…no scratch that…LOVE to kinda know in a general way where it is going…

star read at this time. I love a good soulmate…meant to be…kinda book. BUT this book is not necessarily that…had me thinking about it all night…the whys were all over the place…and FOR THE FIRST EVER in a book, I have FALLEN for a second time!!!

I five starred When Life Happens. It was so good. I was up all night madly flipping the pages. I honestly didn’t think I would like it because the blurb had so much of everything I hate to read. There were some big twists that had my heart all pumpy and nervous. I ended up loving everyone. I was an emotional journey.
Fury by Cat Porter was really good too. I love her books.

I joined in on When Life Happened BR. I’m only at 9%, but I am already loving it. The only experience I’ve had with Jewel Ann has been the Jack & Jill Series, which I adored. I thought perhaps it was just that series that I love, but with this book I’ve discovered that I just love the way she writes her characters…so hilarious and snarky, real, spunky, over the top. The things that come out of their mouths just make me gigglesnort…and then ten pages later she’s breaking my heart over something. I am going to add every freaking book of hers I can find to my TBR.
Unlike some on here I need/love a full 8-9 hours of sleep. Last night fell somewhere around 3-4.
