<— Dirty Rich Cinderella Story (Dirty Rich Book 2) by Lisa Renee Jones <— LISA RENEE JONES ALERT!! An anonymous one night stand months ago, and now he’s her new boss… “...Lori lands an internship there, with school credit and scholarship money.. Everything is falling into place. Happy new release day!!!! 😀 It’s a smaller list today (65 so far, and I’ll keep adding if more go live throughout the day), BUT! It’s another day of awesome release choices with quite a few that are giving me a blurb jolt!!!
Which ones? The Outsider (Stephen King’s latest!!!! The blurb excites me with “unbearable suspense”!! And I LOVE him!), Rebel Heart (I just LOVE Penelope Ward & Vi Keeland and now the duet is complete!!), Rough Edge (C.D. Reiss’s latest and it sounds like ultimate marital strife, but with a sexy twist), The Summer Children (the author of that creepy butterfly book just released this one! Abused children keep showing up at her door… “He tells her a chilling tale: an angel killed his parents and then brought him here so Mercedes could keep him safe....” The Controversial Princess (Jodi Ellen Malpas!!! She’s a defiant princess that falls for a famous Hollywood actor), Rogue Royalty (Meghan March’s latest and now the trilogy is complete!!).
There’re quite a few more below that sound so good, so I highlighted them, too (like one about a girl who’s dead-set on not dating someone in a dangerous job, but then she starts falling for her best friend’s brother… who’s a firefighter!!!) YEAH!! Or… the one about the woman who, in a panic blurts out on a TV interview, that she’s dating her best guy friend… but he has a girlfriend and his girlfriend sees the interview. Tee hee!!! Oh yeah… definitely some great sounding ones below!
P.S. Don’t forget to check out yesterday’s ➔ “Monday Earlybird Book Releases” (some serious goodies on there, too)!

The Berserker’s Saga by Lee Savino <— STEAMY SHIFTER SERIES!! Joy recommends it!
Joy: …I came across authors Renee Rose and Lee Savino, who write together and separately. I read Bad Boy Alphas and loved it, so I went on to read the next 3 in the series. Then I got sidetracked when I took a peek at Lee Savino’s Amazon page and found her Berserker’s Saga. I only planned to read the first chapter, to see what it’s all about but I haven’t been able to put it down! I’m on book 2, with no plans to stop until I read all 5. It’s soooooooo good. Viking Berserkers that fought for King Harald Fairhair, were cursed by a witch to become werewolves!
They don’t age because of the curse and the beast within them goes into killing rages that slowly takes away their humanity. The Alpha (Samuel) and Beta (Daegan), sought out a witch to learn how they could end the curse. She told them to find the girl with the mark of the wolf. Time is running out for Samuel and his pack.
…There is so much more to this series and I can’t wait to find out!!! There’s lots of steam!! These wolves are insatiable! If you like mystery, kink and werewolves, definitely check these out.

*tosses glitter and confetti* because I’ve been seriously remiss on Tuesday’s lately!
Morning! I’m up early reading Broken Juliet. My room is lit up like high noon because…paperback. Gah! Once in a while is bad enough. How did we survive in the olden days without kindles?? 🙄
Twirling in the glitter….I love Tuesdays!!!
*joins in the glitter party and throws extra on R. for reading Broken Juliet*
Good morning! I’m starting The Controversial Princess, and my need to read it has nothing to do with all the royal wedding hype and everything to do with my love for J.E. Malpas!
Robin–Are you going to continue on to Wicked Heart? As much as I loved B.R. and B.J., I never continued for some reason. I guess because it was about a different couple. I definitely plan to read it though.
Maybe someday. I bought it because I originally thought this was a trilogy. I hate jumping couples and rarely do unless it’s by a favorite author.
Wicked Heart was just a “like” for me (3.5 ***) whereas Bad Romeo & Broken Juliet were 5 stars of awesome sauce.
*tossing birthday glitter for Melinda*
Happy birthday Melinda!!!!!!!!! *biiiiiig squeeeeeeeeeezy hug*
Happy birthday Melinda!!
I just realized I got hit in the face with glitter. Thanks Leslie! I love how it fluctuates between past and present, which is not easy to do. But OMG they seem to be in a good place right now in the past and in the present she’s dreading remembering something that hasn’t happened yet (in the past) and it’s freaking me out!!!!!
sigh…nothing is making me say “click”
I’ve been preordering a few though and my tbr keeps growing and growing.
R.Renee~ I can’t read a regular book anymore, addicted to my kindle.
The struggle is real, steph. I can’t bring myself to pay over $7 for an ebook though so I have tons of paperbacks mocking me. I have to get hooked immediately or I DNF!
Happy birthday Melinda!!
R! I’m the same way. I normally HATE going between past and present, but Bad Romeo did it right. Next month, Broken Juliet. 🙂
That Berserker Saga is a KU series, so that put it on my radar. 🙂 That said, I’m still in Morelli land. I’m on book four, and I almost feel like this couple is too nice so something horrible is going to happen to them. lol Then again, the last couple was sweet. It made their relationship boring because there really wasn’t any angst. The best parts were the mafia side of the story, which advanced the whole series. *shrugs* This one, though, promises ANGST. A Romeo and Juliet situation. 😀 She’s a Morelli and he’s one of their biggest rivals.
I liked how Forever, Interrupted did it too. I actually have an idea for a past/present book that stemmed from FI where it starts in the present then jumps to a completely different story way in the past, and then as the chapters go, the two stories will converge. This is like 3 books from now, so 2030 maybe?
ROFL The biggest thing to be careful of is, don’t do something “horrible” then explain in the past after it happens why it was horrible. That was my issue with Avoiding Commitment. I love her books, but not that one, because the angst was basically killed with the past/ present reveals. Show the past, then do the horrible. 🙂
And Ghosted. That one worked beautifully. *swoons* That one is worthy of a re-read.
Maryse, I know that you don’t pop into the Goodreads group often… But this should *really* be the month, (well technically, June should be the month) for you to pop in more frequently… Because one of our challenge threads that I just opened, the June TBR challenge, is the month of Maryse! We are all supposed to pick a book from our TBR’s, *cough, cough* that we already own, that is one of *your* faves!!
Grey that sounds like the most FUN reading challenge EVER!!!!! Winners all around!!! 😀 Okay I will.
Just popped in to say hi! I’m still working my way through a reread of the Red Queen series. I’m on book 3, Kings Cage. War Storm is next and I can’t wait! I had forgotten so many details, so it seems like I’m reading the books for the first time again.
Paper books!?! Pleh! *blows raspberries* Who can read those? They hurt my hand and my eyes. I do have my two prized paperbacks proudly on display though. My signed Waiting for the Sun and Forever Right Now are for show, no touching.
I actually LOVE past/present timeline books!! Maryse, maybe a new book list theme???
HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🙂 TO MELINDA!!!
Sounds like a good list Leslie!!
Start us off?
LOL! I just realized you’ve all been listing awesome past/present books. I shall start creating the official list! 😀
My immediate thought would be Sweet Gum Tree, and also that military one I read where she was too young for him… what was it called again? It was SO goooood!!!!!
First by Kimberly Adams!!!
*whispers in case blog baby sleeping*
Tasha, how are you doing?
Happy Birthday, Melinda!
Leslie–I also love past/present timeline books as long at doesn’t go to when they’re kids, like little kids. I can take some of that age, but I get bored fast. I’d rather read about when they’re older teenagers.
Happy birthday Melinda!
Hi guys! Just popping in real quick….. Been a crazy busy week and looking forward to a 4 day weekend!
I’m reading Three Secrets by Clare Boyd… I’m intrigued. I’ll keep you updated!
Happy Birthday Melinda!!!
Steph- I agree, nothing is saying must click.
Reading Goal Keeper, so far it is ok.
I read a sample of Rebel Heir. I just couldn’t get past the writing. Maybe I’ll try again; sometimes it’s my mood.
Maryse, It Ends With Us. The “Dear Ellen” entries were the best parts.
Eh, it’s going. Postpartum blows. It always blows, but I swear I’m too old for this now. Got my first bit of sleep 2 nights ago, maybe an hour. Maybe 3ish last night. Can’t sleep during the day. The toddler is testing me all the time, BIG time. The big one is like a moody teen. The babe, the first couple nights seemed to have a ton of reflux so I made hubby buy a rock n play which helped majorly, but he wouldn’t sleep well at night. So, we tried adjusting the schedule so hubs would stay up the first half of the night and I’d take the 2nd. He then has to sleep w/the toddler for a few hours and take the big one to school. And then we’re both sleep deprived! Yay! And schedule has been entirely too busy. Switched formula last night and he’s not been as content today so that’s making me paranoid. The settling into a good routine is gonna take some serious work, but I’m in love!!! Lol, it’s not all bad.
*wants to snuggle Tasha*
I have no idea how that must feel… but you know what you’re doing Tasha. You’ve done it twice before. You got this. Sleep deprived, and suffering, but this will find its rhythm and you have the sweeeeeeeetest baby.
Gorgeous babies, all of them.
Oh Tasha! Sorry….I know how tough newborns are. It stinks we don’t live near you as we could all pitch in and help. I hope things settle down soon.
Me too! Hubby’s here for a little while yet though, so we’ll get through. And, we got these done yesterday…https://www.lkspraguephotography.com/p770751218/habd123d2
OMG OUR BLOG BABYYYYYY!!!!!!!! The sweetest love baby angel EVER!
Tasha… you are too good to us. I feel so privileged.
That’s what I keep chanting to myself to get me through each day too, it’s helping! Thank you!! 😀 I love how they turned out.
I just finished the prequel Cutting Edge and Rough Edge by C.D. Reiss and loved them both. Sooooo good and can hardly wait for the next one. I love when I find a book that I can’t put down and I am supposed to be packing for a trip I leave for in the morning.
Happy Birthday Melinda!
I’m lerving Darkest Drae. It’s like I get a tiny bit of Tauren Soul (really old tortured soul who turns into a dragon instead of a Tairen – I’ll take it) and Throne of Glass & all the best Fantasy series. Yippee. And it made the list.
Past Present books – love them, if done right. I loved The Roam Series… chapters that told the back story slowly unfolded. He has been trying to find & save her for centuries. Over & over. Completely and utterly unique story.
Tasha, they are gorgeous. Beautiful family.
Maryse is right….you got this.
I’ve heard people say it helps to give a toddler a specific job to do for the baby.
I hope you get some really good deep sleep soon.
Tasha, our blog baby (and blog sibs) are precious. What gorgeous pictures. Some really great ones of the three of them together. Thank you for sharing.
OMG TASHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just died a thousand deaths! <3
Tasha! Amazing photos…. such a beautiful family! And our blog baby is just adorable!!! Thanks so much for sharing with us!!
Hang in there!
LOL I yell “blog baby” every time I see a post because I get so excited. Then the hubs yells “blog baby!” And now he’s calling him the blaby. 😀
Tasha–what precious babies you have! You must be so proud!

Tasha – just saw the pic. I just want to cuddle that precious baby and smell him. Babies smell so sweet. He has no clue that crazy women all over the country are ooing and ah-ing over our BLOG BABY. He’s got a fan club.
Ahhhhhh! Those pictures are so cute! All three of your babies are beautiful! You’ll get sleep eventually. It might take a year… 😛
Michelle, did you get my message in the Mon thread? Seriously, when book three comes out, we gotta buddy read. 😀
Jasper’s new nick name = blaby! Love it.
LOL Ashley!!
Tasha… I just can’t… every picture was beautiful. I just love baby feet. 😉

I’m looking forward to the new Lucy Parker, also to the next one in Julie Anne Long’s Hellcat Canyon series, First Time at Firelight Falls, due out on May 29th. I’ve preordered both and looking forward to next week 😀
Thank you for sharing the beautiful pics, Tasha. And happy birthday Melinda.
Aww, thank you ALL!! 🙂 You guys are too kind and Blaby is a great nickname. 😉 I slept sooo good last night. I could’ve totally done more too if I didn’t have to let hubby sleep too. Now if I can just figure out how to work a little nap in during the day, I think I’ll be more set.
*Squee* awwww! Da baby!!!! *tosses fairy sleep dust* because I can do that! I’m a ninja baby swaddler. I gots skillz like you wouldn’t believe! Thank you for sharing, Tasha, he’s precious!
Michelle- I agree the Roam series for Past/Present books. One of my very favorite.
Another series that would fit is The Fish Tales by Suanne Laqueur.
You should add Victoria Ashley to your list of new releases. I love this author. Her new book Royal Savage came out this week. Here other series are just as amazing!
You should add Victoria Ashley to your list of new releases. I love this author. Her new book Beautiful Savage came out this week. Here other series are just as amazing!
Hi Stefanie!! She’s on the Monday earlybirds list (the post from the day before). 🙂
Tasha! OMG! I love him! He is so precious! I just want to kiss his little feet and smell his little neck! Oh, the sweetest smell is that newborn smell! And your other two kids are just adorable too. They both look like they adore him already!
Happy, HAPPY birthday Melinda!!!
So, if anyone has read the Morelli Family series, I’m on Resisting Mateo. I’m almost done and it’s INSANE. *nods* That is all. Yes, I’ll be jumping into the next book right away.
Anyone curious about the series, it’s great, though three is a HUGE hump to get through. They are just so… nice. lol Which, it’s Adrienn’s story, so you’d think it wouldn’t be, but no. He’s a gentleman, so it’s Nice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxZUT1-9Wik
k. So, Surviving Mateo was a five star. Tears, insanity (it is Mateo after all), happiness, fear. Lots of fear. And my heart HURT like an SOB. So, of course, I am onto book 6.
Ugh, RESISTING not surviving. *rolls eyes*

Fifteen months ago… White light pierced my eyes. I struggled to keep them open, then gave in and let them fall shut again .
Full Tilt by Emma Scott
*tries to control freak out that I am reading a death book*
Omg, Leslie! Loved, loved, loved Full Tilt! It was an amazing 5 stars for me… Although I did need Manny…and Godiva…and I may have been curled up in the blankie fort with some Moscato for a while.
Grey, I am a little afraid. But sometimes knowing heartbreak is coming makes it a little easier. *crosses fingers*
It Ends With Us and Behind the Bars gave me the ugly cry and were hard to recover from…hope this isnt as bad.
Leslieeeee!! You can do it! And I promise when you finish the duet you’ll be fine. I was fine after Full Tilt. For a DB, it’s very hopeful and inspiring.
Finally finished The Perfect Mother! It was really good, I’m surprised it’s her first novel. Still followed through on the Big Little Lies feels for me, didn’t see the big reveal coming so a total win! Now what am I in the mood for? Off to test some samples…

“I never want to go back home.”
Coming Home by Sam Mariano
Seriously, if you love mafia books, read this series. It’s MESSED UP and addicting. After this one is the last of the series. So, so good.
Tessa, I’m going to have to check that series out. After all, you hooked me up with The Mafia and His Angel!
Leslie, hang in there! That duet is worth with it!
FLT: I prepared to move from the sofa, to turn off the television, to unpeel Alice from her spot under my arm, to seek out matching socks and untangle the four-day-old bird’s nest in her hair. (Three Secrets by Clare Boyd). I’m really liking it! Have no clue where it’s going and so many secrets/mysteries!
Confession: I haven’t been reading as much because I’m hooked on this stupid color by number app (Pixel Art)…… it is seriously addictive and mindless, but I’m loving it. I made fun of my friend for it and now I’m as bad as her!
Jean, sounds like fun. Which app do you use?
FLT: “He was eight years old when his obsession began.” L.H. Cosway, Painted Faces
Lisa’s GR status updates convinced me. Doing a BR in the BBB if anyone wants to join us!
Cue the waterworks…the ugly cry is starting.
*hugs Leslie* Here, *grabs Manny and godiva* This should help.
Here Leslie. Dip the Godiva in this martini…
*sigh*
*wishes for a Godiva martini*
I’m doing Keto. No more sweets or delicious pastas and breads for me…
That said… Mississippi Pot Roast is KETO!!! YAY ME!! Except I have to leave out the potatoes. I can work with that. 😉
Leslue, it’s called Pixel Art.
FLT part 2:
There are a lot of different ways to deal with rats.
Last Words by Sam Mariano
Jean, the series is nuts. Like, literal nuts. And! You have to read it in order or things don’t make sense. Even the most boring, three, had elements of awesome that pertained to the rest of the series and is even important now in book seven. Soooo good.
Book 7?!?! Holy crap Tessa!
Ok, I finished and am already few chapters into All In. My face is all splotchy. Ugh! Why do I torture myself???
Thanks for Manny, chocolate & the martini. I def need it as 2nd book still sad. I need to get to the happy soon.
lol It’s the last book of the series. 🙂 Right now, parts of it are depressing, but I still have hope.
Haven’t found a book yet, but I’m watching Kissing Booth on Netflix…cute movie!
Tasha what about The Wife Between Us? I’m starting that tomorrow. 😀
FLT:
“A LIAR. A con. A godless thief.” Bane (Sinners of Saint Book 5), by LJ Chen.
Ooh. The Morrelli Family Series is KU. Tessa hasn’t steered me wrong yet, right? Would I like it, Tessa?
I liked Bane MichelleS!
FLT:
‘It is too damned quiet.’
from A Rose In The Storm by Brenda Joyce. OK, it’s a HR. (What’s new?) But it’s not my usual fare. Set in Scotland in the 1300s. Lots of battles, politics, castles. Oh, and hot, rugged manly muscly men in kilts. The H has long, wild black hair. Oh yeah, that’s what I’m talkin’ ’bout.
*goes to check out Pixel Art*
You might. I will say it doesn’t along the same patterns as normal, but I think so. Is there anything you can’t stand?
Leslie I had a love hate relationship with that book. Even though I ugly cried, I loved the first book more than book 2.
FLT:
“On paper, I’m a douchebag.” Hot Asset by Lauren Layne. This one is in dual pov and so far it’s working for me.
Just went to download a sample for The Butterfly Garden and it said read for free w/Prime reading and then I borrowed it…what is this?! I had no idea it was a thing!!
Yay Tasha! A surprise freebie.
