Guess what!! S.E. Hall just released a new book Embody (Full Circle Series Book 1) and it’s a standalone (even though it spins off from her “Evolve” series), and it’s a touch… forbidden. 😉 Take a look at the blurb:

5 Fun Facts about Embody by S.E. Hall
1.) Embody, like all my books, was written entirely by hand… using my absolute favorite- Ultra Fine Point Sharpies!
2.) I name-dropped 11 of my readers in Embody- using some of their last names as that of a character, some their first… I even name streets and stores after them!
3.) Embody is the first in a spinoff series from the bestselling Evolve Series, which was inspired by my oldest daughter and watching her cope with the tragic, sudden death of her first love in 2012.
4.) My favorite scene in Embody, without giving too many spoilers, happens between JT & Bellamy at the Sam Hunt concert… when the lights go down.
5.) My music choices for Embody were quite eclectic- ranging from INXS and Tesla, to 50 Cent, back around to Sam Hunt and Lee Brice- because my book playlists are unique in the fact that each song is actually incorporated into a scene in the book itself… and I had a lot of different characters and their personalities to represent.
HOLY MOLY!!! Very cool details, but OMG??? She writes all of her books by hand?

I actually do have a crushing on a sibling’s best friend story… My little brother’s best friend is actually closer in age to me than my brother. Never really thought about him when we were kids, but as adults, I had a crush. Turns out he had one, too. He’d always come over to hang out (with ME?!) & then we went out (baaad date, tho. We saw the 9/11 movie – great movie, NOT a great movie for a first date). And then… pfffft. Nothing for a few years. Then we ended up reconnecting & hooking up for a bit before pfffft… So, it did NOT work out, but it was a fun ride!

Thanks for the chance. I did crush on one of my sisters friends and went to quite a few parties to see him. Went to another friends party he was at and we kissed. I thought he was soo cute. We went out for a few months, but he was still a little immature and I ended it. It was certainly not all about me for him and I wanted that!
Emerge is one of my favorites and have read the whole series. I love Laney and Dane. I especially love how he is so considerate of her. I enjoyed her playing softball in college because you don’t see that in books very often and my daughter was a softball player also. Funny scene in book because Dane knew absolutely nothing about softball. Am looking forward to reading Embody. Waiting for a day that I will have to myself so I can fully enjoy “the crew”.

I have a pretty good brothers best friend story for you.
My brothers best friend and I have essentially loved each other since 13 years old. I’m 26 and he 27 now. We just admitted our feelings to each other 4 months ago and have already moved in together and we are planning our wedding. It took 13 years, a combo of 3 kids and his divorce for us to quit being stubborn for us to admit our feelings.
This book was geeat. Having a spin off series featuring thd children of the adults in the Evolve series was awesome. I was in love all over again.
I crushed on my younger brother’s friend for a while, his name was Shawn and he was pretty good looking. Didn’t work out after he kissed me though, I realized he was too much like my brother and it made us both more uncomfortable rather than being hot. Lol
