*quick note* If you haven’t read The Edge of Never (book #1) yet, skip the bulk of this post and go read it ASAP! This is a post about the latest release, The Edge of Always (book #2).
<— The Edge of Always has just been released and it’s time to celebrate. Y’all know how crazy I went with the first one (see my 5 star plus! review of The Edge of Never) and I can’t WAIT to continue this story. Eeeeeep!! I’m so scared ’cause once upon a time, in this interview, when I asked her what the most heart twrenching scene in this new book would be (see I was trying to prepare myself already) J.A. Redmerski admitted this:
Maryse: …Okay now tell us your favorite most heart-wrenching scene?
J.A.: In The Edge of Always, probably the tragedy.
Maryse:
GAH!!! TRAGEDY!!!??? Are you trying to kill us?!! (okay mini *squeee* I’ll be on the edge of my seat for this one. I already was gonna be, but now you just made it worse!!
). Any reservations on certain aspects of where you took your story?
J.A.: All I can say is that where I took the story was where it had to be taken.
Yikes!!! And YAY!!!!! Bring it, J.A. I’m ready!
