in Reader Questions

Today’s first two reader questions gave a TON of detail, but Taneesha’s question here, is regarding a book blurb so it’s a bit vague (second chance love story theme) but maybe there’s just enough detail in this one that someone will pinpoint it.

If not, we’ll just make a list of every book that sounds similar. I love angsty marital strife/possible second chance romance reads.

In fact, one of my favorites is by Rachel Higginson (but I don’t think that’s the one she’s looking for).

She asks:

Hi Maryse

Im literally wracking my brain tryna to find this book i came across a couple of weeks ago, my recollection might not be so clear but i’ll give it a go.

Its a about a couple i think they are married something has happened in their marriage and i think they are on the brink of a divorce or separation, one of them suggest that they give it one more try and they have a certain amount of days allocated to see if they can fall back in love.

its definitely something along these lines, can you help??

Btw Loooove your book blog! x

Anyone wanna guess?

Ashley: Is it Bad Husband by Shey Stahl?

Sarah: Take Me Back by Meghan March?

Jenn: Marriage Games (The Games Duet Book 1). C.D. Reiss

Marina: I agree with Jenn, sounds like Marriage Games and Separation Games (The Games Duet Book 2) by CD Reiss?

Lauren: Meghan March Take Me Back?!

Jessica: Could be Jennifer Van Wyk’s From the Ground Up. An amazing book about a married couple that lost their spark and go away to try to get it back. Plus it’s older characters. Totally amazing! …Such a touching story. All her books are seriously amazing! I’m hooked.

Amanda: Could it be 8 Weeks by Bethany Lopez?

Bethany: 8 Weeks (Time for Love Book 1)?

Rhonda C: Exes with Benefits by Nicole Williams

Ashley: Written in the Scars by Adriana Locke?

Barb N: Marriage Games and Separation Games by CD Reiss

Taneesha: Yess!! it was Marriage Games by C.D. Reiss thanks to all who figured it out i felt like i was losing it combing through my endless want to read list, the other suggestions are definitely up my alley so i will be checking them out as well. Thanks Maryse
