Ela needs our book help! I LOVE stories about reclusive characters (for whatever reason is keeping them from the world). Heroes and heroines alike, I love to live their “plight” and their growth.
In this specific question, we’re looking for a reclusive heroine, so I can’t wait to find out this one… and in fact, I think I know it! 😀 I posted my guess below.
She asks:
HI!
Can someone PLEASE help me find a book that’s been on my mind for days???
Here’s what I remember: the heroine is an author and a recluse and he may be a family friend (or something but I know they’re not strangers and they know each other or of each other).
And the guy has to stay in that house for some reason and the heroine doesn’t leave the house and she has trouble walking I think?? As one of the reasons as to why she doesn’t like to leave the comfort of her house
Anyone have a guess?
Maryse: The first two books that come to mind about reclusive heroines (and I LOVE BOTH) are: Pull Me Close: The Panic Series <— she’s an editor (here’s my book review) by Sidney Halston and The Ghostwriter by Alessandra Torre. BUT I truly believe the answer is: The Ghostwriter by Alessandra Torre. Here’s my 5-star review.
Anyone else agree or have a different guess? Let’s make a list!
Christine: Could it be Revealed to him by Jen Frederick?
Brenna: Could it be Singe by Aly Martinez

Not me “Ela”…
Nope… not you. Your question would have been in all caps. 😂😂
*safe hug* to my wonderful shouty friend when she sees something she wants us to read ASAP. 😉
P.S. I love it when I see your caps. It makes me smile ’cause I know you’re excited.
Right now I’m no caps! With all this gloom and sickness i just want to crawl into the blankie for with Manny and some hot guy to give me a massage.
I’m with you Ela. And some spiked hot chocolate.
Could it be Revealed to him by Jen Frederick?
Oh!! Maybe!! 🙂 I just added it. Thank you Christine.
