Reader Question – The book about the pregnant heroine that is sick outside of the church while he is marrying someone else…

I am looking for a book.

Heroine is outside church throwing up in bushes (she’s pregnant) while baby’s father is marrying someone else.

I think his grandmother finds here and helps her out.

Anyone have a guess?
