Reader Question… Solved! The book where she has to date him once a week for a year before he accepts a divorce…

Lucy is looking for this book! Ahhhhh MARITAL STRIFE ALERT!! Possibly an arranged marriage, or maybe it’s just because he’s been such a jerk to her but now she wants out!

Almost makes me think of Sparrow by L.J. Shen (here’s my review).

Lucy asks:

Hi,

so I’ve been trying to look for this book all night and for the life of me, I can’t find it.

The hero and heroine are (I’m thinking arranged) married. She’s a nobody and he’s in the public eye….? He hurts her, maybe cheats or like gets photographed with women.

Towards the end of the book, she asks for a divorce and he refuses.

Then he gives in and on the condition of the divorce going through, she has to meet him for a date once a week/month for one year

I’m sorry, that’s the only thing I remember but I really want to read it again. 😭
