Monica needs our book help! Oh yes!! I’ve had this one as a reader question (that I think we solved), or I’ve read it myself, but I know for sure we’ll find it!
Found the past reader question!! Reader Question β The book about the girl that moves in with her mom and crushes on their older neighbor that refuses her advancesβ¦Β
She asks:
Hi Maryse!
I hope you’re doing great!
So about this book. I think I had read it about 2 years ago or could be more.
The girl came to visit her mother in a small town. Her mother was released from jail. So her mother has a neighbour (main guy) who is old comparative to girl (so there’s age gap as well).
Obviously both are really attracted to each other but the boy never really act on it until much later. But then the girl got to know about her mother’s girlfriend. So she’s quite pissed about that but the guy takes her mother’s side and calls the girl childish.
So the girl leaves her mother’s town and that’s the end of 1st book.
On the 2nd book, i remember the guy somehow lost his memories and the girl came back to town to give her relationship with her mother a second chance and then

she helps the guy in gaining his memory back and of course they end up getting back together.
Also the guy has a gf or fiancΓ© too in the 2nd book.
But he kind of ignores her a big time after his memory loss.
Anyone have a guess?
