Lisa A: Jewel E Ann’s Pieces of a Life was a great read. Very reminiscent of the feel of Transcend/Epoch. It’s a very lovely little romance and then all of a sudden it slams you upside the head and says “hey, remember who wrote this – don’t get so comfy!!!”.

I just read it recently, and it’s super tumultuous and angsty and there’s a part that builds and builds and you’re cringing the whole way ’cause you just know. Oh oh. And there’s SO MUCH MORE to it than that.

It was an INCREDIBLE story and tore my heart out a few times (and yes… there’s a scene almost did me in). Actually a few… and I posted my guess below. 😀 read more
