Reader Question… Solved! The book where they go to college together, she’s a DJ and he’s an athlete, and they play pranks on each other…

Ash needs our book help! New adult college romance and it sounds pretty hilarious (almost like something from the “Off Campus” series that I love so much).

She asks:

I read this novel around 2016 to 2018.

In the novel both the hero and heroine study in the same college and are sarcastic and witty. The heroine is a DJ in a nightclub and likes the bartender there. The hero is an athlete and in hockey or some team.

The heroine’s brother is not very confident person and plays in the same team as the hero. The heroine and the hero have a war of pranks going on where she first throws a taco restaurant garbage in his car and then he makes his friend Jason, who is a proper christian and a mechanic, steal her tires.

But then they start to be friends and he also takes her to this other famous night club where she DJ’s for some time.

Some other details are that she wears the trucker cap of her father and takes care of her brother. Their mother is maybe not a good person. Also…

…the bartender she has a crush on turns out to be not a nice person and was kicked out of college for drugging girls. And this bartender’s name is Nick or Noah something.
