So all I remember about this book is that the FMC is best friends with 3 or 4 guys. One of the guys, his last name was Monroe which is what they all called him, SA’d her and she came forward about it.
The other boys didn’t believe her so they made it their goal to mess with her and it gets a bit spicy.
They end up believing her in the end and I believe she stays with all of them. I believe one of the MMC’s names was Scout.
Anyone have a guess?

Is it Shantel Tessier’s Make You Beg? It doesn’t 100% fit the traditional reverse harem definition, but it’s close enough to th8nk it’s one. The SA, Monroe, Scout and revenge clues fit. Pretty sure this is it.
