Corrupt (Devil’s Night Book 1) by Penelope Douglas <— BULLY ROMANCE ALERT & THIS IS A BLAST FROM OUR BOOK PAST (this book was HUGE amongst our book crew)!! And, to bring it back to the forefront (in case all of our new fellow readers haven’t read it yet), I found another AMAZING recommendation and book review by Cristina that I had yet to feature and I am thrilled to have found it now.

I usually call them “mini book reviews” since they often come in as comments or quick emails (and this review below is a combo of both – Cristina left a comment on the blog AND emailed me because she had so much to say about it), but this one? Jennifer needs our book help! Oh I LOVE a good and gritty biker book especially where there’s potential unrequited love and the whole “unaccepted/unwanted” thing at first. I love the change of feelings from despondency to delight.

I was wondering if you could help me find this book it is peculiar

Although I don’t remember the book name and the characters I’m sure it was written by an author who’s not overrated and they’re not underrated either

So basically the plot starts with the fmc getting kidnapped and she’s naked and bound on a street. It is not MMC kidnapping her it is actually his friend like not exactly friend but like a rival. read more
