DARK/TABOO/AGE GAP/FORBIDDEN ROMANCE BIKER SERIES ALERT!! Book #2 (the duet conclusion!!) just recently went live and I’ve received a few recommendations for it. HOLY MOLY this sounds crazy! 😳😬
Jodie: I have just finished the conclusion (it has just released) to an amazing duet that I would highly recommend. It’s Torment by Dylan Page. It definitely has all the ‘feels’. I have a major book hangover now.
Carie: I am reading book 2 now and I don’t even have appropriate words to describe what in the heck I have just read It is crazy good but will leave you screaming cuss words- did this just happen!?!?!?
hasnie: book suggestions like torment bleeding hearts by Dylan page? Can you please suggest me books where a hero constantly needs the heroine to comfort him and be around him whenever he is stressed…not like married couples…new adult types..just college students..hero shouldn’t fall immediately……but after he takes his time and trusts her, he will force her to stay at his house and be comfortable with each other at all times…he should be a little arrogant, possessive and kind of a jerk but protective of her at all times….his arrogant behavior might make the heroine give up many times but still stay for him and his pressured mind or tortured past…the book torment bleeding heart by Dylan page is a perfect example …thank you so much for creating this blog Maryse…
About book #1:
Torment Part One is a dark, taboo, MC, contemporary romance.
How did I get here?
Broken, bruised, and mentally shattered. For most of my life, my older stepbrother, Shay, was my hero, my rock, and my best friend. The one I knew I could always rely on.
For many years, I accepted everyone and everything around me. But as I grew up, the veil was lifted, and I slowly came to understand how f*cked up it all really is. These men, who I considered uncles and close family friends, are members of the dominant MC, The Celtic Beasts. Shay is not only a proud member. He is the one they send in to do their dirty work. For some reason, this tough, muscled, terrifying guy, needs me to ground and comfort him.
But I have always had bigger plans. Bigger dreams. I don’t want to be trapped here, in this life that is dark, bloody and violent. I want to get out, escape… but Shay has other plans for me.
What do you do when your protector becomes the very root of your torment?

OH I LOVE KNOWING THAT!!!!!! Thank you Carie!!!
Hello this is the very first comment that I’ve never put on a site like this so you should really know this book truly moved me. I had uncontrollable crying fits during it was just so emotional. The reason for my comment is the first place is this… If u start reading this story make sure you finish it all the way to the end!,,
I almost didn’t, I would have missed out on so much of what the author had in store for us……I would’ve cheated myself out of its conclusion which btw OMH 😱😭🥺❤️ So, that’s my take on it enjoy.
I’m currently reading Torment 1 (60% read) and the story has a similar feel to Madeline Sheehan’s Undeniable. I’m not sure but there is also this tormented stepbrother in Madeleine Sheehans story. Those who read that story know how that stepbrother ended up…
Could someone tell me if this ends similar? I’m not gonna put spoilers here 😉 Just need to know because right now it feels very familiar…and I’m not sure if I want to go through two books for this again 😉
This book completely broke me, I regret reading it and I hate the author for the ending
Hi Amelia!
There are 3 more books in the series that I just added in the post. Maybe they will help?
