Following my heart, one book at a time...
ROMANCE/COMEDY HORROR ALERT!! Okay okay I know what you’re thinking… UGH THAT COVER!! 😂 But, I love coming across fun conversations we’ve had in our book past, and here’s one that I never dedicated a post to, but that should have been front and center!
I suspect because it was part “horror” that maybe it wouldn’t fit the blog so much, but our book crew had so much fun reading it, that any book that gets this kind of response, should be featured!
FOUR BOOKS OUT & a 5th will be live soon!!! 😀 I hear these are hilarious and steamy!!!
Aini: I totally love shelly laurenston’s books …I totally need to read new books since I have re-read Shelly Laurenston’s books a dozen time…
Elaine: Shelly Laurenston. I absolutely adore her books.
Sandy: My FAVORITE author who write humour and snark is GA Aiken aka Shelly Laurenston….so much fun !
MichelleS: Shelly Laurenston and I LOVE her style.
It’s not every day that a beautiful naked woman falls out of the sky and lands face-first on grizzly shifter Berg Dunn’s hotel balcony. Definitely they don’t usually hop up and demand his best gun. Berg gives the lady a grizzly-sized t-shirt and his cell phone, too, just on style points. And then she’s gone, taking his XXXL heart with her. By the time he figures out she’s a honey badger shifter, it’s too late.
Tasha J: …comedy with mystery, I’m obsessed with Finlay Donovan is Killing It
KM: Loved this one.
Mandy: It was a great read! Still need to read #2
Tasha J: I am 80% into Finlay Donovan Knocks Em Dead and loving it as much as the first. It reads fast, has me laughing out loud and rooting for 1 guy more than the other, can’t say which in case I change my mind. 😂 I don’t want it to end.
Sure, we love books that makes us feel ALL the feels (at least, I do). Fear, fury, nervousness, anxiety, hardcore falling in love, elation, sadness, and even deeper than that. Though there is nothing better than books and scenes that wash it all away with pure happiness, goofiness and joy!!
“This is high social satire and absurdist humor in the form of PG-13 rated comedy. I took a lot of inspiration from the humor on the TV show, “Family Guy.” There is much to be learned from Stewie Griffin.“
I began my career managing a comedy team and writing comedy, and made a transition to being a TV talk show host. I’ve hosted 15 different shows, and served as executive producer of others. Won four Emmy’s, all the while writing to various extents. Creativity has been the basis of any success I’ve had in my life.
