Natash needs our book help! I bet this is a second chance romance and I am here for it!!!

She asks:

Hi

I am looking for a book where literally in the first chapter the heroine goes to the company her ex works for. He works for a security company his friends work/own it. Anyways she goes to ask for protection she thinks she is being followed he turns her away.

I think she ended it with him can’t remember why. Everyone there knows she broke heart. They all think she is an ice queen. Even when he rejects her she says okay and leaves. read more

BLAST FROM OUR BOOK PAST!!! Helen’s message was short and sweet but incredibly impactful and I hate that I missed it – it came to me around the time of Book Bash and I was so entrenched with that, that I barely saw anything else. But here it is now, and I knew that I HAD to post this!
