Following my heart, one book at a time...
Since it’s my birthday, I figured I’d celebrate with an old friend’s “favorite books” list, since she’s already been with me during an actual birthday or two. I have known Kira since I was 13 years old! We went from grade 8 to high school together (grade 10 or 11?), and she was one of my very best friends. We lost touch over the years, but fortunately, Facebook brought us back together again!
And I was thrilled!!! Because some of my most fun “growing memories” involve Kira.
It’s Saturday and you know what that means! It’s time for the latest Reader Favorite’s List, and Cheryl is up next! Looking over her list, I see a lot of my own favorites, but there are plenty of “new-to-mes” on here, too! YAY ME!! YAY US!!!
Cheryl’s been with us since 2012!!! And she’s got 60 pages worth of comments from her alone, on the blog! LOL!!! So you know she’s been one-of-us (and a little crazy, too!) for ages now. Let’s get to know her, shall we? A little blast from her comment past… 😛
Kat has been an active member of our Facebook page for years!! In fact, I’ve met her AND her mom a few times at book signings (Book Bash), and we loved talking books! Her mom is kinda like my mom when it comes to our romance reads. They love the same books we do. And of course, I know you’ll recognize a lot of her favorites, and I just love her little notes next to each one letting us know why…

“These are all books i still think about regardless how long ago I read them. Also it should be said a lot of the newer books and popular series I havent gotten to yet. Hopefully this may help someone or give insight into my reading style.”
So… what are you in the mood for? ‘Cause I have a list for that! 
LOL what a title!!! But it is EXACTLY that. Lately I’ve been contacted (quite frequently in fact), asking where a specific list is, that my fellow readers saw a few weeks ago, and would like to use, but can no longer find. *sigh* I know…
They get lost… in the plethora of blog posts.

Keely: I’m not sure if I just can’t find it, but do you have a favorites list for your favorite all time series?
We are SO in love with taking our time with book love, aren’t we? It’s the #1 thing so many of us love in romance novels, and come on… we know that the main couple will inevitably fall in love (no surprise there). But what makes a romance book go from “good” to being one of my absolute favorites is ALWAYS the slow burn (*if* it has one, that is). It’s simply what I (and many of us) prefer.
Ashley: I need help! I need a slow burn book. I just read Kulti, and I forgot how much I love the building of a relationship. I can’t do the insta connection now. Any recommendations?”
