2. Trickier to remember details but they are in college, she meets him through her friends, they hang out together, have one night stand then she gets pregnant and leaves.

They meet again 3-5 years later by accident when he comes to the diner where she works (or mb owns) with a group of friends and he is shocked to learn he has a child.
