<— New release coming soooooon (August 31st), and it’s the last book in the wildly popular, older YA series (The Keatyn Chronicles) by Jillian Dodd. And guess what!? For today’s Book Bash Author Spotlight, she’s sent over an exclusive, never-before-seen excerpt for us! I know a ton of you here are hooked on this series and can’t get enough, and I could swear I hear some *squeeeing* as we speak.

Bailey: I read stalk me kiss me and date me in 4 days… and when I got my copy of love me it was done in 1 day…

Samantha: They are all fantastic.  Jillian Dodd is brilliant and the books take twists and turns you dont expect.

Leslie: The Keatyn Chronicles are my favorite obsession. I can not do anything but analyze every single word that Jillian Dodd writes. Forget work, sleep, food, family…..it’s all about Keatyn and figuring out the mystery of who “the one” is amongst her many boys!!!!

Courtnee: This is a great series to break up some of the heavier reads, it was just what I needed. It totally surprised me! It’s technically YA but there is plenty of romance and humor and angst. LOVE IT! AND she has a website with all of these great boards for each book with the clothes, the settings, and the characters. It’s so much fun! You feel like you are part of it. If you’re worried that the series isn’t complete (like I was), she writes very quickly and you don’t have to wait more than a few months for the next book.

Lindsay: I don’t think I’ll ever be old to read teen angst!  This series is seriously my guilty pleasure.

Levi: Do you know of any other book series that are as fun as this? Because I love how she jst gets on with all the guys and doesn’t put up with drama from the girls! Any books like this I want to know about! Thanks!

LOL!!! I’m grinning from ear to ear after reading this little way-too-early-in-the-morning-peek into the lives of J.B. Salsbury’s super-sexy MMA fighters. ‘Cause they’re in pain right now, you see. Headaches, probably some bruises, some of ’em, a little unbalanced. But not from a fight. Nope. They’re a bit… hungover. And they are cursing up a storm (and I can’t help but giggle).

She is sooooooo lucky. ME <—- a teensy bit (a WHOLE LOT) jealous of J.B. 😉 And many of you are already familiar with (and loving) these guys, too!

Kristi: My absolute favorite book so far on 2013 is Fighting for Flight by J.B Salsbury

Yep. I need to read these. And from this piece alone, I can’t seem to pick out my favorite. I’d say Rex, ’cause he’s SO cute when he’s hungover (“I hate you guys. I’m going home.“) <— tee hee!! But then Jonah flashed us.. his dimples. And his hilarious assumption of what goes on at Book Bash (“You go to your Girls Gone Wild with books thing”). SO CUTE! *sigh* and then Blake and his cocky grin. Yah. I already like (love) these guys.

Today’s featured Book Bash author is Renee Carlino and her latest release Nowhere but Here: A Novel. This is another author that has tugged at my (and many of our) heartstrings with her beautiful, heartfelt love stories. Yep. I couldn’t help but 5-star love her *other* beautiful love story (Sweet Thing).

And while this latest release is a standalone (and not connected to that series), I’m hearing it’s just as fabulous!

Cheryl: Nowhere but Here by Renee Carlino. I LOVE how she writes. It was sweet and touching with some angst.

Rebecca: I’m currently reading and loving Renee Carlino’s Nowhere But Here (so dreamy!!)

Rachel: Nowhere But Here by Renee Carlino was really good.  It was so sweet and had a good dose of achy-ness.

Jaime: Nowhere but here is so so good so far. Im 50% in and totally swooning over Jamie. It’s sweet, sexy and oh so funny.

Wow! I love her swoon-worthy men, so I need to get on this and fall in love. 🙂 And what makes today even more special is that she has a wonderful “extra” for us from that very book! She says:
