Reader Question – The book about a gypsies, a traveling caravan and a dragon…

By 4 Comments

Ruth has a reader question for us! Short and sweet description, but I have no doubt someone will know it if they read it.
Especially the detail about the young man…

She asks:

What is the book about the group of gypsies traveling in a caravan and the young man slowly turns into a dragon?

There were two young men that were in love with the main character. I thought it was Mia Sheridan, then an author with the last name of Mehan.

I can’t find it.

Anyone?

Tiffany: I think it’s by Madeline Sheehan who wrote Undeniable read more

Kandace is battling  cancer, and this author’s idea has touched her. And she now does this too. <3

She asks:

I have a name that book problem. I cannot remember the name of a book.

I’m trying to remember the name of a book.  The Dad was in the military and every time he shipped out he took his kids’ stinky socks to carry in his pocket. I remember I loved the book I wanted to see what else the author wrote. read more

Reader Favorites – Nay’s Top 5 Favorite Books of 2017

By 15 Comments

Our wonderful Nay had a BIG year this year, some hurdles and some HUGE successes and we are SO happy to have her with us here every day. We LOVE YOU NAY!!!!

“Wow! What a year 2017 was! I had a bad thing that made it my worst year and I had a miraculous thing that made it one of my best years. So with all of the activity and the stress, I ended up falling into the biggest reading slump(s)

I’ve ever been in, totaling about 6 months of my precious reading year. And although many books sounded fantastic and many of my friends were buddy reading and gushing over them, I either couldn’t bring myself to pick up my Kindle and get started, or my concentration was so bad that I just couldn’t get into them, even though I wanted so badly to achieve the escape that can be found in a book. read more

I want to read this!!! “...I took one look at the stranger in the airport terminal and knew he was exactly the kind of man my mother spent seventeen years warning me against. Gruff, grumpy, and far too good-looking to stare at without experiencing heart palpitations. Thankfully, I’d never see him again. Or so I thought. I couldn’t have known our plane would crash. I couldn’t have predicted we’d be the only survivors...”

Nay: When I woke up this morning, Uncharted was on my kindle–crash landed on an island, he was an a$$hole from the day they met, survival and forbidden love…my catnip!

Maybe now Emery will see what’s right before her eyes–although that guy she’s got a date with might be a problem...”
