It’s that time again! I’ve received a bunch of awesome reader questions and have selected a few that I think many of us might be wondering about.

Q: Katie: I read the dream man Dream Man series – LOVED LOVED LOVED and have moved on to the Chaos series – LOVE LOVE LOVE but i know im coming to the end…. i really like Kristen’s style and want to go on to another of her series. rock chick or another one? let me know what you think!

A: One of my FAVORITE series by Kristen Ashley is the Colorado Mountain Series. You will LOVE IT!!! (Check out my review of book #1 – Sweet Dreams – to give you an idea). 😉 Don’t let those “sweet & serene/homey” covers fool you. The guys in here are mega-alphas, super-bad-ass bikers, HOT, no-nonsense and demanding and the stories and heroines are exactly what we connect to. read more

Reader Question – the book where a hot guy walks in, after her uncle’s funeral…

Okay, here’s another one, and while it’s less information than usual, there is one particular detail that might stand out:

I’ve read so many books lately, but I’m trying to find the title of this book. Here’s what I remember… It was a sneak peek of a chapter of a book coming out in a book I read… Anyway, the setting is Chicago and the female character’s uncle has died and everyone is in his apartment following his funeral. Reader Question – The book where the super hot paranormal guy became distant as she got older…

Guess the book time! But… since I haven’t been reading as much paranormal lately, I’m not sure which book “Lizzy” is asking about. But he part that makes it seem like the paranormal guy she’s known all her life becomes “cold” when she became an adult is saying something to me… Maybe just that I want to read it? LOL!

Okay so does anyone here know what book she’s talking about?

I read a teaser a few months ago for a book and I cannot remember who the author was. I thought it was Jennifer armentrout but I cannot find it on her website. It was the first chapter of a paranormal romance novel, and I’ve looked on every authors website I can think of to find it. Here was what the first chapter was about. A young girl( I think she was still in high school ) lives with her mother ,twin brother, and a super hot dangerous century old paranormal being. He’s been with her all her life and use to be very close with her then became very distant and cold to her as she got older and they have some pretty steamy chemistry. I believe there are a plethora of paranormal beings in the book and i think zombies( or another mindless killing creature). Please help I’m going crazy trying to find it! read more

I received another slew of awesome reader questions, and actually the majority of them this time around are asking for specific book recommendations. So I answered them, and thought I’d post what I recommended, in case any of you are wondering the same thing.

Q: Rachel: I was looking at your reviews for Kristen Ashley’s Dream Man or Chaos series. Where do I start with this? Should I read the entire Dream Man series first (even though you only mentioned Motorcycle Man in order to start the Chaos series)? Or should I just read both series? Here is a question I JUST received and I was SO sure I knew the answer (see my answer below)… but I was wrong! And now I gotta know what this book is, too!

Traci: Since you’re on a roll this morning..I am trying to find a book too. Recently saw snippet on fb and can’t remember name..it was where a girl like two guys..says one is good boy and one is bad boy..think she dates one or both..snippet was she was at funeral of good boy and bad boy is in back and walks out..you know this one? read more
