News!!! Exciting exciting news!! Some of it is HUGE, some of it is silly, but all of it made me happy!

  • Cover Model, Paul Marron

Kresley Cole will be going on a Lothaire Book tour!! And guess who’s touring with her!? Paul Marron. Yep. Stop squee’ing. Oh what am I saying!? Squee away ;) Why Paul Marron you ask? Well, did you realize HE is the model on the cover of Lothaire‘s book? I had no idea. Didn’t even recognize him. That guy’s got a ton of different looks. – Thank you Sherry for that tidbit! ;)

“So, my publisher has gotten so much fabulous feedback on the Lothaire cover–and the extraordinary cover model–that they’ve arranged for PAUL MARRON, the face of Lothaire, to accompany me on my book tour (with my editor Lauren McKenna to chaperone, as if I’m some cackling author beast he needs to be protected from? Did the peanut gallery just say “if the shoe fits . . .”?)Now seriously, here’s your chance to meet an incredibly talented guy (, my awesome editor, and yours truly.Dates and times coming soon! Please help spread the word!”
  • E.L James has posted a wonderful Christmas blog post and a “teeny tiny teaser” for her upcoming book “Fifty Shades Freed” (release date January 19th 2012)
  • Kristen Ashley gave us a little inside scoop to one of our favorite line’s in her books! When Hawk said “You comin’ or what?” Remember that? That was when I *gulped* and squee’d, ’cause I was feeling Gwen’s hope, and then huge disappointment, big time, in Hawk’s book Mystery Man. Well… here is the little tidbit Kristen revealed and I couldn’t help but share it:
Gitte: I re-read Hawk recently and I still say that the line: “You comin or what..” is one of the most powerful lines I’ve read in any book! xx
Kristen Ashley: Well, that works for me since the whole premise of the book is based on a man delivering that pickup line coming to me!
Kristen Ashley: That is to say, successfully delivering that pickup line!
I love finding out when book stuff is actually “true life” stuff!
“Alrighty then… AS PROMISED… HERE IS THE COMPLETE, UNEDITED PREFACE AND CHAPTER 1 of LOVE UNREHEARSED. The PDF file “Love Unrehearsed C1 ARC” is on my website under the Love Unrehearsed page. You have to click on the words to get the file to launch.”
Okay that’s all I got for now… blame my husband. He wants to go Christmas shopping. Again. Yep. Now. When everyone has gone last minute shopping crazy. It’s his favorite time of year. In fact while I’ve been typing this teeny tiny whiny complaint, husband just announced “I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!” Yep. He does. In fact… he’s got Christmas music playing as we speak and Christmas DVD’s laying all over the living floor.
If I go *hrmph* right now, does that make me the Grinch? ;)

Not a grinch, but in the end even he loves all things Christmas! Your hubby sounds like me. I have been listening toTrans-Siberian Orchestra for a month now and my daughters love them too!!! They are not like any other orchestra. If you don’t know them; try to imagine Metallica and the Philharmonic Orchestra , with the best musicians and choir you will every know. By the way Matallica and TSO did several Christmas songs together and those are my favorites pieces. An orchestra with style and screaming electric guitars and a rocking chior; these are a few of my favorite things! Check out the video I linked to this post.
